Bowler and XR. Looking at the results sheet I think we might have your car lineup a little wrong. It says you guys ran 1941 and 1952PP Monday. can you confirm the cars you used.

Bowler we have you as running the Honda S2000 (US) '04

XR we have you running the Honda INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) '03

I assume those are the cars we have wrong.

Thanks guys.

Bowler we have you as running the Honda S2000 (US) '04 (Opera S2000 at 500pp)

XR we have you running the Honda INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) '03 (Integra RM @ 469pp)

I assume those are the cars we have wrong.

Thanks guys.

Checked replays and posted the proper cars used above in bold. :)

I suggest that we do a practice session. Some time on Friday or during the afternoon on Sat. Or when ever really.

I was thinking of suggesting a PP sprint race. My thought is what if all the weekly series came up with a 1 hr version of there race night and starting at 10:00PM EST on Friday we run through the different series. So for Performance Cap we could run 4 10 minute races. I might go ahed and post the idea in the main thread.

I used the following cars on Monday:

Honda S2000 LM Race Car - 508 PP

Honda Integra Type R (DC5) RM 04-469 PP

Honda HSC '03 - 497 PP

Audi R8 4.2 FSI R tronic '07 - 523 PP

Total 1997 PP

Official Results For Monday.

There have been a few adjustments to the points for Mondays races. Bowler was 5 PP over and XR ran the wrong tires by mistake at SPA. This means the results look like this

1. Kendawg - 57
2. JLBowler - 54
3. Owensracing - 52
4. Koszak27 - 48
5. Starvsnr - 46
6. Tezgm99 - 46
7. ScreamingChief - 39
8. XR Racer - 38
9. Handlebar - 34
10. ChuthuluGoat - 31
11. Schmiggz - 12

Ken and Owens JLBowler you may go ahead and choose your prizes.

Can I please stress that everyone use the

sign up sheet

to confirm your PP. If you believe a value is wrong let me know and we will double check the Known PP.

I want to thank everyone the is taking part and helping out. I feel Performance Cap Racing is proving to be tons of fun and it would not be that way if it was not for all of you guys (and the one gal that used to race)

I was going to go back when I got home and check those two. I asked Bowler what car he was running. No reponse. Then I asked him again what pp his car was. No response. I guess he couldn't hear me or I couldn't hear him.

Then putting XR's Honda in. I couldn't see the RM in the window, all I could see was Integra Type R (DC5)

Like 1-2pm EST
And yes.

Official Announcement

Now that July is drawing to a close it is time to update our track list. The following three tracks were the least used in the months of June and July and will be replaced:

Special Stage Route 5
Grand Valley East
Fuji Speedway GT

We need to vote which tracks we would like to add in there place. So everyone that has raced in either June or July will get to give me a vote. To reward those that have raced the most I am going to try something a bit different with the voting. So the following is how many tracks you can vote for:

JoeW - 3
Ken - 3

Starvsnr - 2
Koszak27 - 2
JLBowler - 2
Handlebar - 2
ChuthuluGoat - 2
Owensracing - 2
Tezgm99 -2

Everyone else gets a single track to vote for.

The three tracks with the most votes will be added and I will then resort the groupings.

Please send me your votes in a PM and do not post them in the forum.

Thanks!

The Opera Performance S2000 is 493pp and not 500pp. I had mine at 500pp and must have submitted it accidently as stock for the known PP list. The correct number for the car is what Joby has in the column to the right where it says 493pp.

I was not 5 over. I was 2 under and that should put me back in 2nd place. I will make my track pick once this is confirmed.

Ah now I remember that car. Can we get someone to confirm their Opera S2000.

Sorry for all the confusion:)

So I uploaded a few pics I could find of some cars that I have moved at work (guess which one is mine!)

Some crazy ideas - If turn outs are consistently good we should do some team racing. What if instead of points we accumulated the times for each race, shortest time wins the night, tour de france style?

But for real teams would be a blast and a good way to get some new names on the top of the score sheet.

Is it ok to be 2 over PP and take 2 point hit on the total points?

NVM, shuffled a few cars and found a 1770 combo. Didn't want to take a hit at the end. ;)

I think the penalty would far out weigh the gain:)

Would anyone like to run a Performance Cap Sprint race on Wednesday August 10th? I am thinking of a quick 1 hour go using the PP for the following Monday. Maybe a sort of practice.

Also seen The Lister V12 Race Car listed at like 463pp. Should be 602pp

I was like whoa that car is pretty low PP. Went to check it out and was disappointed to find it at 602. However it makes sense. It's a quite the beast.

I can actually race this Saturday afternoon, good timing. Only thing is I have work in the morning and then run an errand, so if you have it at 2pm or later I am 100% in.

Also, I made top 4! Holy crap!

I am mulling over some ideas, many choices I have never tried.

I feel like I can't really vet them for viability until the 1st track and the other three replacements are known (and slotted into A, B, and C - how is that done?) so I can try some of the choices on the track I think I will run them at.

Test line-up:

FF - Golf GTI IV RM '01 417pp
4WD - Impreza Sedan WRX STi '10 472pp
FR - IROC-Z Concept '88 429pp
MR - NSX-R Concept '01 470pp <--- This would be my third week in a row using this car, so I'll likely switch it out.

This will also be my last race with a 20pp handicap.

Voted for tracks. What day are you hoping to announce the replacements, Jobyone?
Lets give everyone till tomorrow to vote. Right now there are 3 tracks out in the lead. So guys if you have not voted please do so soon. Your vote could make a big difference to the tracks you get to race.
