How do you sign up for this, I would like to participate in the next event.
Well I think you are now signed up. A few points. Most of us race in S.N.A.I.L.. While this is not a requirement we do adhere to the principle of S.N.A.I.L. in this racing also. Make sure you understand that and are happy with what it says.

Second if you have not already please read the first posts in this thread as they have most of the info you will need to know.

Third be on the lookout for a Friend Request from SNAIL_D3. That is the lounge where the racing takes place. I should be able to send that to you shortly.

Finally choose your line up and let us know what night you will be racing. Make sure to read this post and use the spreadsheet to check the PP of your lineup. If you are in doubt about the PP of a car just ask and we will try to verify it.

Is breaking in the car purchased from the dealership required? I would like to race tonight however I don't think I could have multiple cars ready by then.

Star. The only racing tonight is the main S.N.A.I.L. Races. If you want to partake in those you need to post in that thread. The process for actually joining is a bit more detailed than taking part in the Performance Cap racing.

When it comes to the racing you will be at a big disadvantage if the cars are not broken in.

Jobyone, thanks for all of the info. I am interested in the Performance Cup on Monday night. I will work on breaking in some cars for then and I will have them listed asap.

Lets get some interest in Monday night. Let me know if you are going to be able to make it.

I'm a maybe right now. I would like to run, but taking over my tv all night two out of the last three days will take convincing and I have had no time to even think about what cars to use. I'll take a look after work today and have a better idea.

My Monday line up:

FF - Honda CRZ '10 - 361
MR - Hommell Berlinette R/S '99 - 398
4WD - Audi TT Quattro '03 - 428
FR - Subaru BRZ - 413

Total - 1600

Ok guys, I've changed every car in my lineup for tonight. No more NSX Type S ZERO :(

FF - Alfa GTV 3.0 V6 24V '01 (407 pp)
4WD - Diahtsu Sirion X4 (j) '00 (369 PP)
MR - Dome DOME-ZERO Concept '78 (397 pp)
FR - Honda S2000 '06 (424 pp)

total pp: 1597

I will be there and host. I will post my lineup later when I can run some numbers.

Ken...the Hommel is 401 I think fully broken in. Well mine is anyways. I am not near my ps3 now but maybe someone can double check.

Joby...there is no Feb 30 btw :)

Yea, when I checked with the link that is on the first page. All the pp's were different than what I have. The Audi is a premium car and it is broke in. It shows 417 on the link but I have 428. So not real sure what to go by.

The spreadsheet for known PP of cars used in the S.N.A.I.L. Performance Cap Series can be found here.

I am updating it as fast as I can:) if the value has an Nbi next to it it means Not Broken In so the actual value will be a bit higher.

If there is a name next to the value it should be accurate.

If there is an entry like this 424-25k that means the PP for one with 25k miles is 424. The actual value will be a bit higher.

What would help if people could send me broken in PP values for any car not listed (with between 200-9000 miles) with fresh engine rebuild and fresh Oil. Any car with that will be the max PP.

for now don't sweat a PP or two.

I have a ton of PP values now after going through my garage and rebuilding engines to see what my PP ranges are. I would just have to make time to write them down and send them to you with accurate names.

PM me your email and I will give you edit access to the sheet. That should make it much easier and quicker. The spreadsheet already has every singel car available.

Nick was supposed to choose. But we may just have to choose one if we don't here from him soon. I guess next in line to choose would be Diabolicwyvern and then IceWarden. Or I can just roll the dice and choose one now (I will not be racing so I will not gain an advantage)

Still not sure if I'm running, but here's the line up. I just sorted my standards by mileage and checked out my OCD cars. They should all be broken in:

FF - VW Lupo GTI '01 343pp

MR - Opel Speedster '00 399pp

FR - Nissan Skyline GTS-T Type M (R32) '91 403pp

4WD - Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STi '02 453pp

Total PP: 1598
