I am stuck on the install screen for the new patch. It keeps showing 30 minutes left but it's not moving. I tried restarting but it's doing it again.​

Took me 45 minutes to an hour

Sorry I dropped out. I was losing focus and it wasn't going to get any better. Way too long of a day. Love the car and the track however. Nice choices.

Loved the combo (of course), but I screwed up my pit strategy That's something I should work on

I felt like the king of the world those two time I was leading the race!!!

It was well worth picking the la sarthe track. Great battle between myself and AJ during late part of the race.

That was one of the best if not the best season openers. The race was competitive and required a lot of focus and strategy as Adventuruss showed us. The race definitely belonged to him. I was very surprised at how new faces played a big part and managed to get points for themselves. I had a good race myself coming in 3rd after I messed up in the last lap and gave away 2nd place. Much fun and competition, the pictures will be coming later today.

Well that was one of the best races I've ever been a part of. Amazing season opener.

I thought I had 6th place locked up but instead of watching the road I decided to stare at how little fuel I had left and ended up spinning out and losing 4 spots on the last lap. The bad part is that I had just enough fuel to finish

Overall it was a great night and a ton of fun. I hope we see this track again in the future. Great choice 👍

The last lap of the race was by far my favorite battle I've ever had in online racing! @AJHG1000 put up one hell of a fight and I can honestly say that I've never been in a battle quite like it. It's been a long time since I've had a battle that even comes close to that, and it too happened in this league.

I know this is probably the worst video I possibly could have made, but since I don't have a capture card(something I'll be looking into!), I used my phone which is the best I've got.

Too bad it happened at the end of the race and not the start! I can't imagine how amazing it would have been to be in a battle like that for 2 hours.

I had fun last night, but man I need to practice more on the hard tires. Once I switched over to them that was when I fell right back and then was lapped. I don't know what it was but I soon as I went on the hards I spun out and over shot corners and spent a lot of time off the track.

Also to top off my "stellar" performance I accidentally quite while in the pit. What happened was that I accidentally selected hard tires when I meant to switch back to softs. Then for some reason I thought I could reset my selection in the pause menu. I guess not... LOL.

Do we know what the next track will be? I really want to practice more this week if I can.

There are a lot of great pictures in there! If I may make a suggestion, however. To quote @JoeW, "To get a better sense of speed, shoot at 1/60th shutter speed and panning mode 3. This will blur the wheels, ground and background a bit to give the viewer the feeling of speed. Otherwise the vehicle may be going 100mph but it looks like it's standing still."

I typically use 1/250th shutter speed and still get a lot of wheel blur. Maybe it's just my opinion, but I think it looks better than wheels that you can count the spokes on. If only I could master this skill in real life photos...

We had the same problem in the GBCC prelim at Brands this week. When a number of us pitted after long initial runs on mediums (in my case the first 50 laps...no yellows in this series)...looking for two closing stints on Mr. Feelgoods (apologies to D.Waltrip Esq) the dolts in the pit crew installed ANOTHER SET OF MEDIUMS....ruined a number of our races. Last night I had to decide between a BRB or pit with the gaggle with the pack...and made the wrong choice LOL....so I screwed my race....that I can live with...but when the friggin computer DOES IT TO ME...it really pisses me off (Pun intended) LOL.

Great turnout for the race last night. Awesome pics. The 1.07 patch took so long to install that my first laps were basically the two qualifiers. I spun both laps and started 15th on a full grid. There was some havoc at the start due to some false starts but I made up a couple places. I didn't get into the points on the first two stints but I was happy with 4th at the end of the race and 6th in points.

Is there any way we can see the results from each stint and the points breakdown including pole position?

This is pretty decent. But I think it is too dark. Hard to make out what is going on, just my two cents.

Had to make the photo darker because the shutter speed @Panos Argitis used was too high, and I wanted to create a sense of speed, and the wheels were not helping at all, I'm still messing up some pictures when I try to apply motion blur, so I didn't aplied it

Yes, when I post the results for each race I use the total points each driver received.

Doing some advertising for @JLBowler for a one-time S.N.A.I.L. Oval Racing League event. The event is this coming Sunday, during the normal Sunday night race time slot, due to it being an off week for Memorial Day weekend. We have 16 entrants so far, but the more the better. I hope some of you can make it.
