If there was ever a race that got the blood flowing it was definitely last night. I couldn't sleep for 2.5 hours after. :lol:

Spun out last turn lap 3 or 4 of race 1. I know you guys saw me facing the wrong way there as the entire field passed by. Then I fought my way back up to 5th only cause bent messed up on the last turn and hit litter.

Race 2 was astounding for me. I felt like I had hit a wall that wouldn't let me get below 23.4. as the second half of the race came I got a visual on grim and decided all or nothing and went for it. Now I'm getting 22.0-20.3 consistently. I had the fastest time for 2 laps. Then Vlad had to drop it to 21.3.

@euclid58 sorry for the bumps on race 1. I had good speed just couldn't get by until you went really wide. But I bet our cars were really close together for a while. Sorry if I put on too much pressure

@GGGMotorsport no apologies to you for pressure as obviously I didn't put enough on you even though I'm pretty sure we were one unit for a combination of at least a lap.

Did anybody upload the replays from last night? I had some other stuff going on and didn't get either one.
 
I did grab both replays but I'm not sure I'm able to upload them. Either way I won't be able to try until I get home from work and errands around 6 edt

The below listed drivers (not listed in BOLD below) need to confirm their intent to race at Red Bull Ring by replying in this topic (no later than 8:00pm eastern on Tuesday 7/28/15) with a simple post that they plan to race this week (Example - I plan to race this week). If there are less than 16 drivers confirmed, we will not need KOQ this week and will open the Lobby to all drivers @ 8:30pm Eastern. I have not turned on the PS3 for GT6 since the last race. Forgot all about the pictures. I find myself with less time and when I do find time I have been going directly to PS4 and PCars. Will try to edit some pictures in the next few days.
 
So how about a good laugh at my expense ?

After my above post at 7:45, I sat my butt down to do some pictures. Turned on the PS3, and my new Thrustmaster wheel was dead. No lights, no power. I am sure some of you heard me cursing. I then plugged the wheel into the PS4, still nothing, Then plugged into PC, nothing.

For the next hour or so I searched online for issues and cures. There are many of both. The nightmares I read about did not leave a pleasant feeling in my stomach. I narrowed down the issue and cure. According to Thrustmaster I needed to reinstall my drivers. No problem, I like to drive.

But first i had to uninstall any drivers I already had on my PC. I started clicking away, uninstall, reinstall, restart, reinstall a few more, restart, unplug USB, restart. Stand on my right foot, holding my left arm above my head as I spun three times. You get the idea. Tried a hard reboot? I was ready to give this wheel a real good boot.

Absolutely nothing. I only thing I had accomplished was to raise my blood pressure above my already high levels.

You ready for this, you sure. Let me explain that during the weekend I added another table top to my rig. Of course I was sure not to pull any wires. The shelf is in and I was very pleased with my work.

So after almost two hours, I was done. I got up from my rig I noticed a plug on the floor. :banghead:🤬:dunce::mad::yuck::grumpy:

Yes, The wheel was unplugged. :lol::lol::lol:
