I'm so on top of this, that I just realized I only picked 3 numbers so I added 1 more and cleaned up the unintended linking in the numbers.

Good questions....

All information can be found within this post from 2 pages ago.
Whew :scared:, my racing number has a little sentimental value, glad it has nothing to do with that. Thanks for the explanation. If I could also ask, are the finalist's points based on racing points gained within the racing Sunday's (I know that seems very obvious, but maybe you have some other contests going on.) Thanks again.

As you have probably noticed, the more ABRS points each finalist earned, the more picks they get and the better chance they have to win. The drivers listed with the maximum 7 picks raced every Sunday night for the past two months without collecting a single penalty! :bowdown:

I agree to the terms and am ready to make my picks!

HA im messing.. I could only wish to be part of that fun :D
Good work to all who get the chance and congrats to the winner(when it comes) I am truly jelly of you!!

@Pifachu You are re-authorized to make your picks.

In addition, I almost forgot to wish everyone a happy Pi day.

I like the suggestions so far, but I would want to increase the range of that middle group for the street cars. a range of 50 PP just seems to small to me. I submit the following as my two cents:

Tire Restrictions: (based on Dealership PP)
Street Cars
below 399 PP -> Comfort Soft
400-499 PP ---> Sport Hard
500-599 PP --> Sport Medium
600 PP & up-->Sport Soft
Race Cars
below 599 PP -> Sport Soft
600-699 PP --> Racing Hard
700 PP & up--> Racing Medium
Tuner Cars
Classified as either Street or Race cars based on this list

That's not bad, I would drop racing medium though, there's just no need for them. Any race cars over 700 PP have tons of downforce and just don't need more tire than RH. Look at the RB Jr. High speed corners are just fine on RH, the only real difference in handling is that you need just the slightest bit of throttle control in 1st or 2nd gear on RH. Go take a 700+ PP racecar out on RH and try to break the rear loose over 70mph, it still takes some serious effort to do so.

ETA: maybe racecars should be based on HP, not PP since aero has such a big effect. E.g. Below 300 HP - SS, 300HP to 700HP - RH, above 700HP - RM (numbers would need some testing, just throwing out an example).

There are only 10 cars above 700pp and 7 of them are Red Bull variations. The other three are the Escudo Pikes Peak, the Toyota 7 and the FGT. I know the Mediums would help some of the guys in the lower divisions who don't have that kind of throttle control yet.

With it only affecting 10 cars (and we cold go up to 800 and have race mediums on the FGT and other Red Bulls if they were ever chosen) it's not really worth a lot of time making a decision. I don't have a preference either way between hard and medium but you have to take into account that the tire regulations need to work for then entire league and not just those with the right skill set to handle the high power cars.

The contractor thing was a metaphor bub. One I knew Shmiggs could relate too considering his career. Is PD obligates to me? No, but I'm also not obligated to keep my mouth shut about disliking them playing us. If your happy work paying full price for half the game, all the bugs, and no communication. Fine. I'm not. But I'm not telling you to not be fine with it. I'm just stating my opinion on the matter.
I realize that, but it's a completely inaccurate metaphor.. I'm not sure where you got the idea that you have half a game -- where did they list everything they were releasing with? Sure stuff like the course creator is missing, and I'd love to have it, but saying "the game will have" is different than laying out everything that the buyer should expect to see on the game disc right away..

especially with the 6th edition of a game that has historically been missing plenty of stuff all along..right?

Rant away - it's definitely your right!
