I got a question for you logitech users that have returned any of their products. Has anyone else had issues getting a warranty resolved? I started the process on the 13th of Oct. I've sent 3 emails with all the required info, as well as three phone calls to their Cali (India!!!) call center and numerous messages on the websites support page, and I've not received anything they said I would. As a matter of fact, outside of the three phone calls, I've not actually conversed with a person, as the emails were all automated. I'm really starting to regret my purchase with them, and I can say I won't be bringing anymore of my business to them.
