Yeah when they launched the PS4 they brought out the must have PS+ to play online. and at $70 dollars/year it's now more expensive than an Xbox live membership (which is basicly the same thing as PS+)
WOW!!! The rich get richer and greedier also apparently.:irked:
I'm gonna miss you guys...:ill:

Not all games require the + membership to play online but most "big" games do. I play World of Tanks all the time and it's free online multiplayer.

Oh that's surprising I thought it was online requires PS+ period. Good to know.
Almost think it's up to the game developers as whether to make you pay for the + or not but they must get a kick back of some sort for making it for + members only cause like I said , not many are free.

That's why I've been unable to continue with GT6. Just too different to ping pong back and forth. Welcome.

thanks, personally I enjoy a lot the Sunday night league in gt6 I am not planing to leave the league soon, but also I want to try the snail league in project cars because the game is awesome.

Just got the Logitech G27 racing wheel from @TEX36 and it's going to take alot for me to get used to it. Anytime i get into a turn i am spinning out even with the max torque force feedback and force feedback sensitivity set all the way down to 1. For anyone that has used or using a G27, what is the preferred force feedback torque and sensitivity should be set so to prevent the wheel from feeling like it wants to go all over causing the vehicle to spin out. Any answers are appreciated Thank you.

Trying it out more and more, shouldn't take me long to get used to the wheel.

Your feedback is too loose and it's allowing you to turn the wheel too much. Go up to 5 and 5 and see what kind of difference you have, then go to 10 and 10 and experiment. You're not going to break it. I used to run mine at 8 and 6. It's really a matter of preference but you want the wheel to put up a little fight and let you know what's going on.

Thank you for the answer, will try that.

Edit: I am trying both on 5/5 and working better thank you for the suggestion.

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - BMW 2002 Turbo '73 (Comfort: Soft) at Circuito de Madrid / Forward (6 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @Kgffy wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Stielow Engineering Red Devil (Racing: Hard) at Mid-Field Raceway / Forward (10 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @pubason gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @Die_Birdy_Die so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.

Car Selection Guidelines
See Section 3 of the SNAIL OLR, Policies and Guidelines.

Track Selection Guidelines

When I used my G27, I preferred the 670 degrees of rotation. Link below to show how to change. Glad to see you in an upgraded wheel, you're going to love it. That TEX is one class act I tell ya!

That i agree with 100%. Never thought i would receive a better steering wheel than the one i had. I am finding i am more comfortable with the G27 and have the settings at 8 and 6 for the force feedback settings as @JLBowler suggested and working great for me. Thank you as well for the tips how to work the G27 better. Due to room constraints and have to shift some stuff around in the game room, just using the wheel itself for steering and braking/acceleration for now and working really well. This is something i will never forget also as well my Birthday gonna be next week too. Got alot of smiles on my face getting this gift from @TEX36. Have raced against Tex for years since GT5 and always a blast racing against him. Tex shows to be reliable and just always looks out for others which makes him a really good friend to race against on the track and someone to rely on off the track.

Thank you for the answer, will try that.

Edit: I am trying both on 5/5 and working better thank you for the suggestion.
I do "start > select > square" to get my g27 feeling right & have wheels matched up.

Matters as much, or more than the feedback torque & /sensitivity numbers, of which I normally use 9, 6 from top to bottom. As my home numbers.

D2 Data for 9/11/16 complete and with 14 drivers completing each and every race there was a fair bit of data!

Congrats to @Kgffy whose strong consistency on the night lead him to a well deserved Prize A winning position. I was confident we wouldn't have to long for his combo announcement once the all clear was given but didn't quite expect it would only take 9 minutes for it to appear 👍

It was a great night of tight and fast racing as evidenced by the fact there were 3 tie breakers used to separate drivers and it was a compliment to everyone that nobody dropped out during the course of the night.

I choose to freeze the car

Based upon that choice, @Die_Birdy_Die is in a position to execute prize B twice in the same season. This means that his prize will go over to suggestions from the division and then a choice on his part. If you raced in D3 this Sunday you get to make one and only one suggestion for a track to take the Red Devil.

Multiple suggestions will get all your suggestions thrown out. Editing your post to change your suggestion will get your suggestion thrown out. Suggestions must be made by posting in the main thread and all suggestions for a track must be clear enough to not raise any questions as to what you are suggesting. The best way to make sure of that last one is to use the full name of the track as it appears in the game.

Edit: The deadline for making a suggestion will be 11:59 pm eastern time tonight or when I get in from softball, which ever is later.

RC,
I've always use high force feedback on both the G27 and G29. It feels much better.

Hey guys!! Just a quick bit of news...

@Ness and me made the cut in the top 20 to go to the Gt academy national finals on September 23. It will be held at the f1 track "hermanos Rodríguez"

This time around was freaking tough but we made it.
