I messed up and it's recording at noon instead of the earlier one on CNBC. I didn't see that. Ugh... I'll reply in 3 hours heh
 
I think it's funny how they all tip toe around it when it is very clear to me who is at fault.

I like the drama and all but I am starting to wish Verstappen and Ricciardo were in the top cars. I am really starting to like Verstappen's attitude, pace and poise...and who doesn't like Ricciardo? Verstappen is ready to win championships NOW...but if there were no crashes or pit problems for others...Red Bull just doesn't have the top cars yet.

World Road Racing Challenge drivers,

Season 11 is a wrap! First off allow me to thank each and every driver for partcipating this month. It is absolutely and honor to be able to do this and to have such a solid group of competitors every single week. You guys rock!

Congratulations to @irmopars for his S11R4 win and S11 championship. It was a tight battle all month long between he and @Cardahs but managed to stay just ahead of the competition to stand on the top step. Good job bud!

Again, thanks to all for racing and especially those who are helping me continue this series as I step away from driving for a while. This thing couldn't keep rolling without your assistance so thank you very much. 👍👍

So just a quick comment...

I was testing a few new combos yesterday and I was bound and determined to find a car to drive at Road America (I had never been there) until I realized something...Road America is just an awful track. For anything. It has no flow and is very unimaginative. I tried all kinds of cars and it's just not a very fun track.

But I did find a few awesome cars in the process! A few of those old Lotus cars are amazing.
 
It's a big track. I typically offer it up for gt3 or LMP cars or super cars. I'm impartial to it. Don't love it, don't hate it.
 
Once I figured out which cars would be best (after a few tries) I realized that the track just isn't much fun. Besides the one semi circle turn the rest are just 90 deg corners. Bleh.
 
I consider as heavy braking zones those ones that approach a tight corner after a very high speed zone, therefore, as far as I remember, Road America has only 2 heavy breaking zones. The downhill towards turn 3 and after that long full speed stretch to turn 8.
The rest of the track is made of medium flow turns where keeping momentum and a fast corner exit is key to sucess.
It's onviously my very own personal opinion but it's definitely an awesome track that provides tremendous racing and reminds me a lot tracks like Imola or Zolder.

Some Indy car drivers say it's like a mini-Spa. I personally enjoy racing on Road America, especially in Indy cars - love the KERS on the straights. GT3s are fun too. I guess we all have opinions... And we all have something else too :sly:.
 
PITS - Project International Touring Series UPDATE

Practice race update: We will be running Sakitto GP on Wednesday night starting at 9pm EST. to test out the settings and format for the series and to help everyone get acquainted. The two races will be 45 minutes each and will be held under clear conditions. There will be one mandatory pit stop per race. The first race starting positions will be based on qualifying positions and the second race will be a reverse grid based on the finishing order of the first race. Hope to see you all there!

Everybody have a good time tonight, and don't go easy on Mike... He likes it rough and wooly.

Anyways. I just realized this is a FnF for the Merc GT3 car so it shall be replaced next week. Keep in mind all eligible drivers MAY submit two votes (one for each car) if they so choose under these circumstances. The standard policy is still in effect however.
 
Ran out of fuel with 4 mins to go in the last race. I wish they would figure out this whole default setup thing. It's really aggravating.

I'm not sure they're even developing this title any further. These type of things should have been fixed s long time ago.
