Stickied yes

Finally a drag forum. No more requests in the tuning forum lol.

To the staff, thank you for making this forum possible.

Now here come the threads where people start posting stuff and they think they know everything lol. If we could somehow get mafiaboy to post a gigantic thread about how to properly tune a car for drag racing and get it stickied, I think drag racing in GT5 could get a LOT more competitive.

It's good but most people can do it. For the Le Mans it could be fully tuned but if it's not fine tuned you can easily beat it. I've only had a few really good Le Mans go against my ACR and win or come close.

Le Mans had pretty good setting everyone at the room didnt know what happened, lol. And the Veyron wasnt stock it was fully tuned but bhp lowered to 1000-1030 i think but it didnt have good settings.

The Veyron is a heavy car, that could be a big influence on the winner.

I beated fully tuned Le Mans and stock Veyron with my SRT10, is that good at all? :?

Yes, very. But I don't think that Le Mans was tuned very well. Le mans is one of the only cars that can give a Veyron a run for its money.

Even stock it still is EPICALLY fast.

The SLS AMG can run all day with the 458 and Ruf yellow Bird, probably should be added.

Super GT (Premiums) and Audi LMS are as fast or if not faster than Nascar also.

I'd say the SRT10 coupe '06 should be at least blue... And you're missing the Cizeta V16T. It should be class2-3 IMO. :)

Great list 👍

SRT10 is quick, but I don't see it competing with the ACR and No Stripe...

I just thought I'd say my Nissan GT-R v-spec can beat a Veyron on the near 1 mile stretch at Fuji, it would certainly smash the Veyron on the 1/4 too. Obviously the Veyron is stock.

So, where's the V16T going? And what about the 2004 Spec C Impreza? Or am I just a tad blind again?

And can I drag your Le Mans, Dalightnin? I wanna learn from the master.

Edit: Yes, I am being a tad blind. The Spec C was in class 6…*facepalm*

And is ~156mph a good speed for a Le Mans??

Yes it's a good speed, the fastest I have seen is 159, and that was with a crazy tune.

Yea, but I thought (from what I read somewhere) it was counter-intuitive? Like the higher the top speed, the slower you are? You see, this is why I try to stick to the basics of drag, it gets to my head sometimes
