I'll just put this in here:

You guys obviously must have better eyesight than me.

Oh far from it, I'm blinder than a bat without sonar. You should see my prescription... Talk about high numbers!

Got another one:

Time to paint the front bumper intakes. Why leave the rest of the detailing job to us, Tomica?

Yes, I do have to ask the same question. I know basic Tomicas are usually geared for children and not high-end collectors, but are they trying to create DIY-detailing 1/64 cars too? Next thing you know, they'll come with badge stickers for you to put on the car...

4C, 4C, 4C! :dopey:

Oh and the 1750 looks cool I guess. It is very sexy with the golden rims and black body, I'll give it that. The Montreal is tempting, but I prefer my Montreal with a black body (or Alfa Rosso, but that goes for all Alfas).
The 75 seems to have good detail as well, why doesn't anyone think of the poor 75? :(

I quite like all of the Alfas.
I'm just silly enough to get another 1600 Junior Z, because that one has the Quadrifoglio logo. :dopey:

Close enough. :D

Darn it doc, why'd ya have to prove my point right?  And I thought I had seen the last of a 1/64 car sponsored by the Yokohama Marinos... Apparently, they are a popular soccer sponsor for SuperGT (or JGTC, in this particular case) Skylines, haha.

By the by, who makes that? Tomica? Kyosho? Some brand I have never heard before?

Tomica's race cars come with stickers to be applied on the casting, regardless if it's from the regular lineup or not.

Well that is one question answer, and another thing I have learned about Tomica models. Thanks for clarifying, Kakashi, that shows you have plenty of experience with these Tomica models. 👍

Oh hey, they added GT6-esque numberplates to cars like the Viper and the One-77, neat touch. But the model choice doesn't really excite me all that much, but that's my five cents on this matter. At best, I'd buy the Ford GT, the XJ220 and R32 Touring Car. None of the supercars are really new and/or refreshing, even if they do have GT6 details added to them.

And I still mourn the loss of the LM55 as a model from this pack, darn it! I could do without one of the Lambos (Kakashi's gonna kill me for this ) if we could get at least one VGT model within Hot Wheels' Gran Turismo pack... Of course, this is me talking about personal preferences, so if you do not feel the same, I can understand that.

Keep in mind they are just using castings they already have.

Someone tag one of the front page news writers for that photo (not sure who to tag). I can't seem to find the "submit news" button on the front page. @Jordan ? :P

Perhaps I could tag a Contributing Writer about this, since they are bound to have connections to the main people behind GT-related news? @Brend, sorry to bother you, but would you know anything about posting this on the main News page?

All the pretty ones there are on my blacklist. That Huayra and Viper look like past recolours with new cards.

Here's a fun one for you. Based off the future releases seen here, if you could only have one if the two following options, would it be any 3 Gran Turismo HW, or any 2 Kyosho Alfas?

Thanks for the heads up guys I will get this directed to the article pool. 👍

No, we should be thanking you for the rapid response. I was fortunate to have made a good call on this, at least. 👍

No hybrid options (1 Kyosho and 1 HW, or 2 HW and 1 Kyosho)? Andy, you evile man... No quarters were held on the making of that condrum, that's for sure.

Well, if those two are the only choices, then Kyosho Alfas all the way. While finding said Alfas would be far more difficult than purchasing HWs here in Portugal, there aren't enough good GT Hot Wheels cars to make a proper 3-car list. And I have more emotional attachment to Alfa Romeo cars than the Ford GT Test Car and/or a couple of supercars with numberplates...

@AOS- Any 2 Alfas any day of the week.
You know my address, Montreal and 1750 GT Am please. :dopey:
Though I do kind of like the Ford GT, Jaguar and Nissan from that HW set. Probably won't go out of my way to get them though.

I'll be aiming for the R32 and GT Test Car. They're the only two unique to the GT brand. Well the XJ220, too, being based on the old Race Mod.

I'm drawn to the Huarya in the anniversary livery, but I'd have to see it in person.

I hope it's not the only Gran Turismo series they release, because it's such a missed opportunity. The iconic cars of the series such as the RX7 RM with the 787 livery and the Castrol Tom's Supra should've been a shoe-in.

Problem is they would have to make new castings for those and they rarely do that for a mainline unless it's going to be used multiple times.
