Here is a k case being opened with a better shot of the night shifter that some of you have liked. I really like the time attaxi, looks like a bluebird

yes the two tone paint was a factory option, almost as common as a single color...
there were many combinations silver on blue was most common among them.

as for the JL casting... if its the old one its biggest flaw is the wheels and wheel wells are FAR too big... and Zxs run equal sized tires on all 4 corners...

All this for one buyer, shoved into a box to 99% capacity. Spent 1.5 hours wrapping all these up.

And now I need to spend another 4 days writing off these things from my blog. So looking forward to that.

As expected from a Japanese man living in North America, busting out the baseball references like a Hanshin Tigers fan in the Chicago Cubs' stadium... But really, I think I'm up to strike 8th or 9th, haha! I drink decaff, can't withstand the sheer vicious blow of black coffee and normal coffee isn't really up to my liking either... I'm far from being a coffee enthusiast, or a flexible one for that matter. Caffeine-Free Man, away!

Chicago Cubs, WTF. Go Braves, Red Sox, Cards & Hanshin Tigers(you got that one right).

They roll quite smoothly, and the rubber do not take off from the rims easily unlike most CM'S do.

I have their original issue in gold & teal. I searched for my pics like my life depended on it, but they have vanished.

Edit: I forgot I saw GL Nissan GT-R for the first time at my Toys R Us. Offset taillight(just like my Black Bandit vers.) detailing didn't sit well with me. At the old price of $3, sure. At the new price of $5? No thank you.

Walmart near work did get some new Auto World cars though. I picked one up while picking up bunch of hot wheels track cars for denephews:

$5 for this, while JL re-releases sell for $6. Mindboggling stuff to me. If anything, it should be the other way around.

Hey, the silver Falken, I think I saw that once at a local supermarket. Still didn't felt compelled to actually buy, I'm happu enough with my classic blue/green Falken 964. At least I don't blow my wallet up on variations, right?

Also, sweet Camaro; it's good to see a yellow/black car that isn't a Bumblebee tribute for a change. Plus, the black wheels suit the flames like a hot glove. 👍

Dunno about the price tag issue, since zero Portuguese supermarkets sell either Auto World or JL cars, and you can only find AWs at hobby shops, but the car itself looks pretty nifty. I dig the thin whitewall tyres, and the rest of the car doesn't look half bad either. 👍

Also, since you bought some Hot Wheelz for da kidz, did you happen to buy some sort of track with a flexible splitter? You know those are the rage these days...

The Black Bandit GL GT-R doesn't look bad. Wheels actually seem flush.

Ugh. Waiting for them to hit my local store but not really expecting them. I think someone that works there is a JDM hoarder and they may never even hit the shelf. I refuse to pay double online, so it's either find them local or nothing.

I recommend them. Some of the Auto World are amazing for $5. And their mainlines still go for $3. 👍

To be honest, I don't even look at them on mainlines.

Good looking casting. Wheel's meh-ish, but it's the right color.

I'd love to see the 280ZX in black/gold.

Paint quality rivaled that of $1 hot wheels, or worse on mine. Definitely worse than the $1 Matchbox cars. Taillight was crap on mine, too. Maybe I'm just spoiled by the imported brands.

For me, I think it was the "Garage" series? Then the Boulevards. Some really good ones, but lot of hit & miss. These Japan Historics look great. 👍

Not sure how bad the hoarding scene is where you live but in here I'm almost sure I won't find any on pegs. I mean I have been hiting walmarts at restocking hrs looking for supers and they bring out opened boxes smh...
