Looks like it ain't. Its a 2011 Muscle Mania, but I haven't seen it before. I have black and the orange though. Got a response to the paint job inquiry? :(

If it's this one:

Then it's nothing special.

About the paint, at minimum you would want to sand the car down first so the paint sticks, but the best way to do it is to disassemble the car, use a paint stripper to remove the old paint, then paint it the new color.

2012 models.
4th row, 3 across. BMW Z4?

Also, the 1st car on the 8th row, looks to me like a Bentley Contiental

Don't they already have a ZR-1?

Actually, you could be right. The new ZR-1 comes with black wheels.

Might be a Callaway Z06, the hood looks like it has the "bulge" that the real cars do.

I won every 70's or 80's cup with this in gt5

I used them for some as well, but I dropped out of GT5 fairly early as I was a Modern Warfare 2 guy.

This car was known as the first Japanese Supercar, when I was really young. So young that I had no idea what a wimpy engine it had, or where it was on the car. :D
Then it's nothing special.
That one just might be the most common car I notice, locally. I love the car, but I think the one I gave my nephew was black with gold stripes, and it looked so much better. I'm gonna see if he wants to gift me that one back, now that I'm collecting these things myself. :D

Looks like the continental and corvette to me as well.

Though I probably will never see it, is that that new Ferrari in TH, 2nd row, 4th column?

I think I picked up that 2nd last car in the 2012 series today... some super long low-profile black police-livery muscle.

Nice find, 1600. I spot a 1971 Hemi Cuda, I like that.also, a Pantera? The black El Camino looks mean, too. And more black-market stupidity with the Scooby Doo van. Sadly, very sadly, I don't see a single hot rod in the entire lineup. Wtf with you, Hot Wheels?

Incredibly jelly about those, except the last one because it's blurry :P

Take this:

Lincoln Continental!

That F1 has a "5" on it and not a "6".. if that means something.

^Painting all those black eventually.

XsnipX......

I also grabbed 2 Majorette Red Bull F1s, I know there is a Webber and a Vettel, but I don't know how to distinguish one from the other. All I know is that one has a "5", the other has a "6", but everything else looks nearly the same.

XsnipX .......colour.

AFAIK - When 'Luscious Liz' debuted at the 2010 Bahrain Grand Prix, Vettel drove the #5, and Webber, the #6. Chassis damage turned Liz into "Randy Mandy" later, but the RL RB6 took, I believe, 9 wins that year. Rumour has it that the cars are built 'around' the drivers: for instance Vettel is lighter than Webber, and has a style that requires tweaking details in the RB6's aero, tuning, etc.

So strangely enough the Maj models are also different: the #6 RB6 of Webber's has the ducts closed off in front wing - Vettel's #5 has them open.
As well - I have only seen #5 in combos or playsets. The #6 comes in singles.

I also picked up two more WRC's from Maj - both Ford Focus: #7 Castrol livery, and #8 BP. Look for them in singles. Also grabbed Pajeros in red, and white - with movable parts! Love it.

I spot:

-458 Spider.
-New Bentley, new Continental perhaps?
-New Beetle, or something like that.
-Aventador.
-Cayman, perhaps Cayman R?
-Cuda.
-CLS.
-Aston Martin by Zagato.
-Ferrari 599XX.
-One of the new Ford Interceptors?

And in other news, I REALLY REALLY need to go and get some of this new stuff that is coming out. The RX-7, Skylines and Bluebird look amazing. Ideally I'll re paint the RX-7 and Bluebird and detail them, but I'm not sure if it'll be too expensive getting the paint.

BREAKING NEWS EDIT:

I just saw this on Autoblog, could this be the new Viper?

I can't find any Majorettes that aren't the few I already have. I'm so mad!

All I see now are the F1s, the Pajeros, Castrol Focus, 206, 307, Megane Trophy, and Imprezas.... no Citroens and no Fiestas.

Paint's not too bad, getting an airbrush kit is.

Thanks for the info SVX. I'll be on the lookout for this beast. I like how Dodge and HW did the design of the 3rd gen (ZC chassis?) of the Viper. Got the lines of the old GTS/RT10 and that venomous front of the 2nd gen ZB chassis.

It could very well be, Hot Wheels had the '05 Mustang done in scale months before the release of the actual car.

And don't forget the C6 Corvette scale that one was made before I think.

Who knows, maybe DCC hired some HW designers to help develop the concept and production version of the SRT. And that's a good move for all real car manufactures to get their concepts ideas out there.

Remember the Camaro and Challenger concepts? Those two cars were a huge hit with everyone who collected and/or seen the concepts designs in video games, movies and at car shows. Maybe another marketing and surveying gig?

I guess they figure the average hot wheel collector watched the mystery crew growing up? I with you though, this merely benefits the hawkers. I'll wait and pay $3 (the most our local show allows sellers to ask for current model year non TH models.)
