It's really cool. I love how you can photoshop edit the background. Thanks for sharing. Great job. đź‘Ť

How about the pavement? Is that printed too? I am in the planning stage of new background as we speak(this will be little different), and while I won't be simulating pavement on the base, I want to do one in the near-future. Your background pavement looks very convincing.
Google "concrete floor texture" and there's some stuff in there you could use.

I finally got the dabox invoice after being snobbed for so long. It came to $85 & change for four Civics. I know the reception of these Tarmac Civics hasn't been great, but I hope they are okay. Liveries do look amazing.

Four that I preordered in circle(pictures I believe are of 1/18 scale):

Yes just printed
Do you use photo paper, or would it reflect unwanted light? Sorry for the 20 questions. I'm trying to learn.

I'm more than happy to help. We're all here to share our interest in this hobby.

I used normal paper and laser printer. But if you used photo paper I would imagine that might reflect light, even if the print is better colour and contrast than laser.

At the moment I'm saving up for a trip to the States, so I figured I'd try my luck with some of the stuff I've been discovering whilst tidying up my room. Let me know if there's something anyone wants more pictures or information regarding. Anything I don't sell will probably end up going to the thrift store or keeping for myself, so I'm not looking for a lot.

I'll definitely be interested in some. Postage to Melb from NZ shouldn't be too bad.

I am starting to get in to photography more and more and brought these to practice macro/zoom and wide angle shots on as I love GT games, came across this thread and now I am not sure if I want to open them :ill:

Edit: I saw them in the local Supermarket a bit cheaper funny enough so picked some up there as well so I can keep this full set 1-8 sealed for the time being.

These arrived yesterday.

TLV Toyota Corolla 1800 SE and Nissan TLV Skyline Van. Originally I back-ordered this Bellett to go with the Corolla but AmiAmi weren't able to find one (:indiff:), so I went with the Skyline instead. Extremely surprised that it was still available, considering it's a 2012 release and the Skyline Vans are pretty popular. :D

Not a word about the dust, Andy.

Edit: I also got these, too. $55, shipped. Can you guess the method to my madness? :P

Best part is, if you purchase more than two cars & if you live in the U.S., SVX will deliver them personally!!! :P
I was about to ask you where you got this variant gray R32 Skyline.... before realizing it was B&W photo. Welcome to the thread!
Strange how they cheaped out on the Corolla's wheels when earlier versions have the black paint to represent the cutouts.
I was whining about this to @Spacegoat the other day. It's crazy.

Embrace the dust life.
I blame everything on you apparently. :lol:đź‘Ť
Sold your nephew? *pzzzz sizzle sizzle*
I was serious! I was after the Batmobile $uper Treasure Hunt. Really wanted it, but it goes for $30+ easily. I paid $55 for the lot, and this is my game plan.

Somebody needs to buy that red Supra.

Oops selected wrong URL.

Custom dream below, don't know which case yet. There's also an SLS AMG or AMG GT coming, I can't remember.

Just curious: has there ever been a 1/64 model car that features both brake discs, calipers and an opening bonnet?

I know there're Kyosho Beads, the TLV Nissan GT-R R35 and various other manufacturers when it comes to brake discs and calipers, and there're TLV Super Silhouettes, M2 collectibles and occasionally, Targa, with opening bonnets. I also know that the Tamiya 1/64 Super GT cars come with opening doors, brake discs and such. I could be wrong, but I haven't heard of a manufacturer that makes cars that feature both an opening bonnet and brakes.

Also, there are 2 more Kyoshos on their way to this thread, with the first one being a Ferrari 365 GTS4. :)

I finally found the VW Transporter Cab by Matchbox.

I've been after this thing for weeks! I find one at the Rite Aid I never look in. It's the version with stuff in the bed. I go nextdoor to the Dollar Tree, and I find another one. This time with empty bed. Also at the Dollar Tree, I find another Matchbox I've been after forever!

WTF. It's the ugliest car of the year. :yuck:
