Hi all! My first post here
After reading all the pages of this thread I couldnt resist getting some hotwheels.
I picked the Nissan GTR and a Scirocco. As both cars are related to the Nurburgring, I tried to make a little Nurburgring using rFactor textures and some polystyrene.
Sorry for my bad english and crappy low res pictures
First post in this thread or first post in GTP? Either way, welcome!
That Nurb section is AMAZING.

I don't know how to do multi quotes so Thanks everyone

Well you got some skills at making the Nurb! Seriously, how long did that take? It's awesome.👍
I got some maisto's today. I usually stay clear of them, but I took a look and I liked what I saw
sooo....
Audi TT
Lamborghini Murcielago
Porsche 911 Carrera
Porsche 911 Carrera (I liked both the colors )
Mini Cooper
And I got 1 majorette
A Mini Cooper cabrio
I used to have 2 of those Murcielagos. One in yellow, one in silver. I don't have 'em anymore because now I have 2 Hot Wheels Murcielagos in lime green and orange and 2 Hot Wheels Reventons in gray and lime green. I actually really like the shape of those.
And Renatow, I like the nurburgring section you did there. Did you print it or paint on it? Sorry I'm a complete noob in arts
I printed it, I'm not good enough in arts to paint it
Fantastic!! Well there is this art shop nearby where I'm going to buy a miniature grass... But I'm not really sure how to make an asphalt... Also the armco is another story.
Does anyone know the what the value of matchbox cars are? (old ones)
I ask because I have a mint condition 1960's Ferrari 250 GT in green (1:64 scale). Maybe it's worth something.
Try a hobby store that sells miniature train stuff. 👍
Not matchbox/hot wheels but 1/64 scale kyosho cars, these are immaculately detailed (bar one slight paint error on the number 2 green car) but are also rather expensive as the only way I can find to purchase them is on ebay from japanese sellers.
p.s sorry its not the greatest picture it was taken using my laptops webcam (excuse the hand in the last picture, was the only way I could get a close up)
Ooh kyosho's those are just brilliant!
Too bad the pictures aren't so great.
I'll try and get some better pictures later if I can find my digital camera, they are my first 1/64 kyosho's and I'm very happy with the quality of them. It's just a shame its so expensive to purchase even one car and have it shipped to the UK
Have you got any siku's? If so how do they compare detail-wise?
