Those are HW wheels though. PR5.

Ah, dah :dunce: didn't see dat. Yes the Wheels are HW, and I think theysuit the car perfectly good. As I said, there is not a single rubber-tired wheel Hot Wheels has that fits a modern car.

Those wheels look absolutely horrible on an otherwise cool car. HW really needs some modern wheels in it's premium lineup. You can't slap Torq Thrusts or Hallibrands to everything.
Yea last time i checked torq thrusts were muscle car wheels and that Skyline isn't exactly a muscle car. But i do like it!👍
It's from the 2003 Preferred Series Sweet Rods. R1600Turbo is correct though, they were only released in Japan. Got this one from a local collector a few years ago who had three of these at the time. Very thankful this one's out of the list of Skylines to find. :P
Yea i would be to!:dopey::)👍
They honestly don't look so bad. I mean, they look better than the 6-spoke ones they put on the $TH a few years back. I'm more annoyed by the chrome interior.
Oh yea you mean the one from 2007?

Oh dear God. I don't know if you keep your cars always in there, but I'll offer this advice. PUT THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE. The sun is a car's worse enemy. Your windows will go yellow, your paint will fade, go yellow too, and crack, the chrome will go yellow, and the white things will go yellow. I can't stress this enough, if you really always have them there, they will deteriorate a lot with time, and you won't notice right away until it's too late.

LOL i keep a first model Kenmeri/Hakosuka on my dash... in the cali heat i'm pretty sure it's bad. The cards are already faded, the plastic covering em has turned brownish yellow and the kenmeri's windows are beginning to melt... i wanna take em out, but i can't help it. :D

The total came up to about $257.

That's a lot for Hot Wheels stuff.

But, who am I to judge. I myself am very into limited street wear, so I have no problem dropping a $100+ on a t-shirt or $300+ on a hoody.

Craaaaazy person. But I buy my $15 jeans from Wal-Mart cause I'm poor. :P

Anyway, I found more of the white RX-7 Super Speeders packs. Bought two of them. Who wants one? :dopey:

I do. Not the Walmart jeans thing, but I do want the RX-7!

Edit: Also, what are the other cars in the series? Anything cool other than the RX-7?

Edit2: I couldn't find the RX-7 at Freddy's, but when I returned cans, I bought this with the dough.

One of my favorite cars in real life. Just might be my favorite American car of all-time. When I saw it with my favorite paint-job, I had to have it.

Funny story i had someone that worked at a antigue mall tell me about a few of the johnny lightnings he had for sell and believe it or not when them johnny lightnings just got started they used the hot wheels basic wheels and once hot wheels found out about it, they sued them! They nearly went out of business but luckly they got around it and johnny lightnings are still selling to this day. I actually seen a few like this when i was there.

With the one At1 posted, I think it definitely needs new rims. Car looks GREAT. With the one that Faux posted, I thought it looked pretty good as is. *shrug*

Some interesting names in there, but yeah, nothing I'll go out of my way to purchase.

If you do have the RX-7 still available, I'd definitely commit to buying that from ya. Also, if you have any other cool cars, I'd be interested. :D

Edit: Ah, very nice(pics). 👍

Negative, I only have mine. :D
God, same with my Boulevards. Only time I bought extra was the Cuda, so I can take it out of the packaging!

PM me on the PayPal charge whenever you get around to it. And if somebody desperately needs one, and doesn't have Kroger in the area, I'm totally down with them cutting in line. I think the chances are pretty good that my area will get those eventually. Of course, finding the RX-7 is a whole another deal. :dopey:

I found the remaining five Mystery Models that I've been after today and one that I don't know why I got. It's a white Estoque if anyone is interested. And I still have that green Civic Matchbox if anyone wants that as well.

That's a lot for Hot Wheels stuff.

If you thought about it, if you tallied up the hot wheels you had, you'd have spent more than that. It just shocks people to purchase it all at once, but I was browsing through the '98 to '05 catalogs.. there's a lot of cars in there I want that I don't have.

Don't think I have anything left after packing AOS's box. :P

Just waiting for that invoice and possibly extra gifts. My wallet is ready any time. Except when I'm asleep.

I've got the Boulevard '69 Camaro I don't care much for, out of the package though. My only one, but I'm not a big Camaro fan. Just thought it looked nice...

Would ask, but I'm sure it'll pop up here eventually.

Maybe we can set something up then. If there is anything in particular you are looking for that I have, or I can find for you, PM me. 👍

The raw photos were so crisp! I think I should have moved the camera back an inch ages ago! Minus the Maisto Charger I nabbed from work, these are the cars I receive this afternoon. Someone was trying to get rid of them because he was selling them for a dollar each. They're all at least 10 years old and in MINT condition.[/01]

And these are the carded ones I don't want to take out since they're pretty old.

With the whole bunch of carded cars coming in the future, I'm going to have to make some new prop to hold up the card while taking the pictures now.

Frankly i don't see it, the 1st letter is the only thing simuler if you ask me:lol:

I don't see it either. I was just teasing Harry, about getting us confused. ;)

Oh and purchases from today, it's been a quite a while since I posted anything.

Nice Treasure Hunt. 👍 I don't think I've ever been able to find a "cool" TH. Only one that might be considered good was the 240Z from year or two ago, but I have the Super-version I got on eBay, so it pales in comparison.
