Excellent. đź‘Ť It'll be cool if we can work something out! :D

I would like to think about this for quite little while if it's okay with you. I'm not planning on doing anything with it really, so don't worry about it going anywhere. I have grown a little attached to the car, and if it ends up that I can't find a KITT or Batmobiles on my own, then we can do something.

Fair enough. đź‘Ť

Maybe this is the same one I just got in a 3-pack? I've never seen it as a single.

I've noticed a lot of cars this year are being found in multipacks before they come out on a single blister. I found my '55 Gasser in a 3-pack way before it officially came out, same with that black '70 Camaro and the Blue '13 Camaro, etc etc.

I found an old 100 car case in my closet today. Dug it out, and when I opened it up, it was covered in dust and dirt. Got to get that cleaned up and then I plan on moving 100 of my better loose cars into it.

I concur. I see so many cars 2013 cars in multipacks that I've never seen before. Most notably an Easter-colored Mad Manga.

I hear you guys on the multi-packs. First time I ever touched one, and they were for the yellow Falcon XB, new red R34 & the Gasser Chevy, just like Jason.

Score. đź‘Ť

Any good ideas or suggestions on loose car storage guys? Pics? :D

a6m5, I keep my loose cars in various diecast dedicated cases.
As for my future customs, I keep those in those stackable three tier drawer things.
Those come fairly cheap at Walmart. If you can seemingly throw down serious coin on cars lately, then I should hope you can afford some drawers. Or maybe you can't because of said cars.

Well, the cost's always a factor(but it's Walmart, come on. lol), but more importantly, space. What do these drawer things look like? Can you link me to something similar?

Speaking of multipacks, got suckered into a 3-pack tonight for:

And here's the Veyron I picked up with some factory masking tape on it.

Uh-oh.... that's gonna affect the value a little bit. :P

I think it's the same stuff that people find on the cars sometimes. Some sort of masking tape....I dunno. I can peel it off without ruining the card. It may add some value. :P

Mine are much smaller. In fact if my mind serves me right, there's a sticker on each drawer that says it fits standard side paper perfectly. They're about four inches deep.
But yeah, that price is pretty high. I know I've seen them much cheaper at Walmart.

As far as keeping them separate, you can't. But they're shallow enough that you can find what you need easily.

Yeah, one shiny spot where the tape used to be. "Look, that spot on the card's still mint!".

Ah, OK. Mine's smaller, too, but I'm looking for something that goes like that Offspring song, you gotta keep'em separated. I appreciate the input regardless. :P

I found something like this, but the cost doesn't really equal the return, at least to me. I might just stick with the cheap plastic storages(I use them for carded/sealed stuff), but try to find foam material generally used for packing & storage to separate the cars. :dopey:

Today's loot: I got some Matchbox's from a CVS. This is the second around of MB's I've ever bought.

And then the Fry's coughed up some 2011's and a 2010 Mustang Concept. Got another White/Blue Falcon Race car and then this lot here. 10 for $10.

I've never seen the blue Studebaker, and I really love the Drag Merc's.

Lastly some sports team cars. There is a West Coast Eagles (AFL) Model A Ford Van, Newcastle Falcons (NBL) Model A Ford Van and a Seattle Sonics 39 Chevy Sedan Delivery.

And here's two of the more desirable (for me anyways) Mystery cars currently out right now. Had to dig through the box 'til I found them, Fry's shoppers probably gave me plenty of looks.

What is this CVS and how do they still have those Matchboxes? I had to get some of those online before. And those mystery bag displays suck. I think at couple of locations, I went through every bag, and not one RX-7. Without Jason sending me one, I'd still be looking for it.

Ben: I like your Pantera. đź‘Ť

Yeah, I had to work at it until I got an RX7... and then I got three. Then I started all over to get the Grand Torino. If anyone wants a White RX7....

And did I do good with the MB's? I'm really not a Matchbox guy, so I don't know what's rare/desirable or not. There was also an Austin Mini Cooper there that I wanted, but passed on since the roof paint had been rubbed off from the inside of the plastic. I know that would have bothered me if I had gotten it. The Ford GT sold me on color alone.

Yeah, what's up with that Falcon? Is that the one that was sold down there; and presumably why it is right hand drive?

What is wrong with you guys. Pantera. Pantera!

Falcon, why don't we see imported one here like we do with the GT-Rs!

Snaeper: Mini, I also had to buy online. And what is up with you grabbing three RX-7s! I thought you didn't like people doing that! ;)
