great job, not AWSOME, its not impossible, dont listen to other people,
tho, i must admit good job doing it, i did it before, about the same time as yours, its, really no that hard though, just pic the "sweet" spots at the hills and your fine, but, yes it is somewhat a challenge, so, clapclap

Who are you refering to? you realize that we have 4 different record going for the N'ring. Not of which are held by the original poster.

Also I seriously doubt that you have gotten "about the same time" as the records with as little effort as you mention.

I would like to see that. Split time would be nice too.

Which car are you using? Was it arcade or GT mode?

arcade, 1889 motor carriage, a-spec mode (no duh, haha)
and, umm, yeah, ill get back to you asap,
**hint hint, practice makes perfect**
so dont feel sad when you see my time

Wow. I'm proud of you for just attempting to drive that thing for 20 minutes.
Infact; I'd actually have more fun just sittting on a couch doing nothing.
Too bad there is no such race as the 24 hours in mazda raceway where only the motor carriage is allowed. LOL. Just use one of your methods for getting up the hill, and complete one lap. Then just rest cause the other 5 carriages won't be able to get up the first hill. (I tried it on B-Spec and the driver will roll backwards.lol)

maybe i'll have another go sometime but i've got a lot of homework in the last couple of weeks so i'm not sure if i have the time at the moment

GT Pro
So this is what GT fans do when they've become too bored?
I guess. Just like other guys try to max A-spec points. Or win in the least number of days, or buy the least amount of cars. There are lots of ways to add a new challenge to a stale game.

The way I look at it; its less boring doing a 3 hour lap; where you are within a few minutes of the record than a 24-hour endurance where you are in the lead by minutes or more.

wow you guys have too much spare time or you just like to drive slow :D :D i like to drive fast in video games and out :D :D i love my 2001 civic si coupe :D
i pushed it to 170 km/h :D car relly goes

Thats 105 mph? Any car (or truck) sold today will go that fast? I don't consider anything under 120 impressive.

Also, next time don't use a smiley after every sentence.

now you need to race a Honda Piece of crap Z ACT backwards around nurburgring

You can't go backwards around the Nordschleife in the game - unless you mean put it in reverse. I've raced the Z ACT forwards around the track - see the "Nordschleife 30BHP Challenge" thread in Race Reports.

Sarthe is one of the département (regions of area, a bit like a county or state) in France.

Back on topic, the records posted a few posts back only cover a small proportion of tracks. Do I assume the other tracks are impossible? Or is it just that no-one has tried them? 👍

One thing IS sure - Citta di Aria is impossible. The hills there are much steeper than the 'ring ones...

So It's Circuit of the Sarthe region. Which confirms, that the De is not needed for everyday mentioning. La Sarthe.

If they are not listed it mean no one has tried them. I have a feeling that some are impossible...but I'm not positive.

On that note I would like to know if any of the established players have tried a course and could not complete it. I might start a preliminary list of “impossible” tracks. They could act as a challenge for the other players to attempt.
