Quick bitch of a thing. I've given up at 1:26.5, I'm out of ideas as to going faster or removing understeer without upsetting the car's balance in the most unnatural ways.

Haha so far it's the most powerful S2000 too. 275bhp build. All I have to do is keep the rear end in check and the lack of a wing isn't noticable.

So why don't you give it 280hp? Every horse matters, as I discovered when chasing the Spoon Civic FD2. Even with the FD2 being down on power without the engine break in, it ran away even on the smallest straights.

Mind you…I'm not sure SM tyres can handle 280hp…

I'll see if I have a low mileage eclipse I can paint and send to you, or you could send the car to me for a paint job if you really want a colored chrome. I'd leave it to you to get the painted car duped.

Oh and SM tires can handle a lot more HP with the right car and tune. I'm running around 326HP with my current tune but had another version running around 380HP. Also had a 550PP car running over 700HP and torque that was turning 1:33s on SM tires with me driving!

Autumn Ring isn't a power track. Losing 90kg is worth more seconds than another 10bhp. And I've just realised tris is already packing 280bhp. Guess I'm not the most powerful.

SM tyres can handle 280bhp, but power to weight ratio means more than brute power alone. 👍

Funny I expected this event to be overrun with Miatas at this PP and the S2000s to be a bit more scarce. So far we haven't got a single Miata and 4 S2000s.

Didn't try out the MR2 spyder yet but it might be interesting. Of course I'm generally not wild about the newer Japanese cars so...
With that being said is there a convertible RX7 in the game and can it be setup for 450PP?

My S2000 is doing 1:24's now. I'll post it up soon since tweaking it more isn't doing anything for it.

Luckily they have no style and aren't necessarily the most fun cars to drive so....all hope is not lost!
Besides I wouldn't be surprised to see better drivers than me getting my Super Spook Ride into the 1:24s since I'm turning 1:27s with it and still have a little room to improve on the tune. It may be big and fat but it does like those S curves after the first right hander. Biggest issue is getting it to hug the ring loop without losing speed.
