2010 GTP Automotive Calendar now on sale!

Yeah, there were a few photographers that got left out in the cold. A few more I'd like to feature are Exigeracer, Dougboy, SweetshopUnion and Dac_Xint, but there are only 12 places, and the people who wer part of it showed interest from the start.

Glad you want to be a part of it though, I think IF we do another one, we should start earlier, hehehehe.

Mm. Yeah...but we can't force people to participate - and one of the key aspects to getting the calendar out is being active in and being aware of every update. So those who perhaps don't visit as often, might not get the opportunity, unfortunately.

I think it's worthwhile to do another one, it's a fun project. Even if there aren't overwhelming sales - if those who do buy it enjoy it, then that's what really matters. And yes, starting a bit earlier would be good. Perhaps a month or a bit more.

Yeah, I know. But it required a lot more than just providing the image. And if you weren't around often enough, we might not have been able to get it out in time...

And also...we didn't want to show favoritism. It has to be fair to everyone. We didn't want this to be "elitist", picking whoever we thought were the best of the best because that's not what being in a community is. Well, I don't think so anyway...

So has anyone else unexpectedly got two copies? I ordered one for my dad, to be sent direct to him. It arrived on about 18th December. And one for me, to be delivered to me. Which arrived yesterday (29th December). However, also arriving yesterday, addressed to me at my house, was a second calendar. And today my dad got a second one at his house. I need to check my credit card statements...

We've sold 22 copies of the calendar, resulting in earnings of $96.72. I rounded that up to $100.00, which was then matched by another donor, for a net donation of $200.00 for the Alzheimer's Association which I have just submitted. Thanks again to everyone who helped out, and happy new year!

Are these calendars still for sale? Just checking out if there was a deadline on this project.

I just have to contribute to this project, just by the preview I must take my hatt off for every member that was involved in this. Images look stunning, and I really could use some more car-art on my walls. If I missed out on this, I'd happily buy a copy from someone that has recieved a copy extra (although that probably won't be the case).

I think my calendar has just arrived (ordered late, andand my dad has had to pick up from sorting office) but he just text me to say he recieved to identical parcels...

Just wondering if this has been resolved with you GG, I have also only been charged once.
