Oooo Chelsea are in a bit of trouble. Arsenal only 2 points behind them and Tottenham leapfrog them into 3rd.

I guarantee Abramovich will make Rafa Benitez "disappear" if Chelsea do not make it to the Champions League next season.

Dammit, I just looked at the fixtures. They have yet to play Arsenal, Liverpool, Swansea, Everton, Chelsea and Man City, very very tough games. Also sprinkle in a couple of fixtures with Inter Milan in the Europa league and that's one of the toughest ends to a season they could have had.
Also if they progress in Europa that's yet more very tough matches.

Come on Tottenham!!!! :D

Me and my sister stayed over at our Aunts over the weekend and she doesnt have broadband, so i couldnt take my laptop..

..but sunday was a good day!..

..and i didnt drink that much!

Oh I see! And didn't drink "that much".

EDIT: Anyway, I think I won't be watching the Oldham game tonight because it's Barca v Real Madrid in the Copa Del Rey

Looks like ill have to give the full story then

I live in Wrexham right now but im not from here, im from a town called Port Talbot, which is about 10 miles from Swansea, i moved to Wrexham about 10 years ago. (long story)

..So anyway me sister and i drove back home on Saturday so we could see some of the family and as ive said before we spent the weekend at our Aunts.

There were 12 of us on a Minibus on route to Wembley, we set off around 9am (everyone started drinking Magners and Guiness by then!), we passed several buses and coaches with Swans flags and scarves in the windows full of fellow Jacks making the same journey and when we stopped at two services they were rammed by Swans fan which definitley added to the atomsphere!.

We got to Wembley about half 1, parked the bus and immediatley started looking for a pub!, what we found was a marqee outside a Premier Inn hotel serving beer (£4.50 for a pint, £8 for a big two pint!) and burgers..it was freezing cold and it snowing a little! (i did have a pint there but i couldnt finish it as the pint was ice cold and i didnt wear any gloves..my hand was shaking!)

I should say at this stage that i was lucky enough to see the swans at Wembley for the Playoff final in 2011 (we beat Reading 4-2 to get promoted to the prem).

We did the famous Wembley walk just after three along with thousands of Swansea and Bradford fans the atomsphere was electric!, we got to our seats to find thousands of flags with the swansea badge on them had been placed on all off the seats (Bradford fans obviously got ones with theyre badge on them!).

So the match..well theres not too much to say about that really, no disrespect to Bradford but we all expected it would be one-sided (maybe not as one-sided as it was)..it was a cagey start by both teams but we settled when Dyer got the first and when Michu got the second just before half time we thought that was it..and it was, the only real controversy was not letting Dyer take the penalty (we all agreed on the journey back that he shouldve been allowed to take it, when is he going to get the chance to score a hattrick at Wembley again!) it was a cruise for the last 25 minutes and the Bradford fams were tremendous! they didnt stop singing and flag-waving for the last half hour, even though we were passing them to death!

the trip back to ages (as expected, as everyone is trying to leave at the same time!) we got back at ten to midnight..my sister and i spent yesterday relaxed and spending time with family and made the journey back to Wrexham earlier and now im back!:)

..it was such a good weekend!👍

Another thing as well that i didnt mention, that iam very lucky and priveledged to go to Wembley twice in a little under three years when some people dont get the chance to get there once in theyre lifetime..it is a fantastic stadium and i cant wait to be there again when we get to the FA Cup final next year!:P

I went to Wembley too. Was sitting amongst the Bradford fans (as a neutral...though I was pretty much on the borderline whereby the Swansea fans were nearby). They really did show spirit in spite of being 4 down, they went from after Swansea scored their 4th right until they scored their 5th. It was a superb experience, and the best I've ever had in my many trips to Wembley (I've been to a good majority of the NFL games there among others such as the Race of Champions and a couple of England games). Between Bradford's fans and Swansea's play, it's probably close to the best thing I've seen live. 👍

Yeah the Bradford fans were brilliant, i doubt many of them expected to beat us, i think most of them were there for the experience and the fact it will probabley once in a liftime for them, but the team didnt put up a fight at all, only one shot on target (in the 85th minute) and we had over 900 passes in the match!..the gulf in class was clear...

Thanks Ross!👍

So i wasnt here to give my views on the weekends games (i bet that was a little strange for you guys:P) so here are some thoughts

* Another win for United, which takes us one more step closer to a 20th title, Rafaels goal was superb..slight concern for RVP though, but he should be fit for Madrid next week

* City have played well the last few weeks, its been a good response from them since going 12 points behind and the made a statement beating Chelsea..i still think the title race isnt over, but if we have a double figure lead but mid/late march then ill change my mind

*Chelsea have struggled lately, two wins from 16 i heard, if thats true then its shocking for a club of theyre stature!

*Another weekend full of cracking goals! Cisse, Rafael, Toure, Tevez, Michu, Bale...goal of the season is going to be tough this year!!

I know this isn't English but it's Real 2-0 Barca in the Copa Del Rey at the moment due to 2 Ronaldo goals. And with that, I have a Ronaldo chant:

He plays on the left, he plays on the right.
That boy Ronaldo, makes City look ****

3-0.

Great weekend you had there, MUSC.

Hopefully I will go to Wembley sometime to watch United play a final, but my first priority is Old Trafford. :dopey:

Talks that Real Madrid is ready to put in a 60 Million Pound bid on Bale this summer. Stupid if you ask me. I know Bale can play anywhere on the Left side of the pitch but, he really shines in the Attacking Left side. Real Madrid already has a superstar in that spot in Ronaldo. Bale will become another Modric and just be sitting on the bench more than anything. I'd rather see Bale go to a team that actually needs a Left Winger right now. I can't really think of a top team that really needs one as there are so many good ones out there.

But there is a high chance that Ronaldo will leave this summer and they need someone to replace him.
