I am upset with QPR. Giving up a last minute goal. They needed those three points. I think they are done this year. No way they will survive.

Dammit Spurs :grumpy: Everton are a quality side but Spurs really should be winning when at home, and when in need of decent points to secure that 4th/3rd place finish :( But with Adebayor out of form (I know he scored), and Defoe, Lennon and Bale injured they didn't have any other options going forward.
Too shaky in defence too, hopefully in the summer they can replace Gallas the knackered old goat and a couple of others.

Just watched MOTD 2, some absolutely cracking games, also Pardew's reaction when Newcastle scored was priceless, and Remy's goal...holy crap.

Prior to today, I thought they had a fairly decent chance of staying up, but not anymore, not after a morale crushing draw such as the one today.

Right big game tonight lads! bring it on!!

Should be a good game. I'm staying up all night for it. It's not big in the title race as I'm pretty sure United would really have to screw up to mess up their current lead but, who knows. If City pull off a win here, it could end up being the decider like last season.

Erm, I don't think so. Look at United's fixtures for the remaining games. No slip ups this time. :sly:

All the pressure is on City tonight definately! United can just sit back and soak up pressure...

....but i dont want them to do that, y'see, im still hurting from the way City won the title last year with the last kick of the season which give us United fans hope for 99.9% of the game!, so in my eyes they need to be punished with a crushing 5-0 defeat!..but thats unlikely that that will happen, in reality i havent a clue what happens tonight...Uniteds team should be interesting though..Rooneys only just back from a minor injury...RVP out of form...

I just read a stat on Twitter saying they haven't lost in 10 games either.

On November 17th last year, City beat villa 5-0 and United lost 1-0 to Norwich..

..that was the last time United lost a league match AND the last time City were top of the table..since then United have won 16 and drawn 2 of the last 18!!

I'm thinking that City doesn't stand a chance against United today. United is on such great momentum and I don't think City wants the win bad enough.

25 league wins out of 30 is really poor form
Yeah, the last matches against Sunderland (1-0), Reading (1-0), the draw against Chelsea (2-2) and the loss (0-1).

In the 1-0 matches United struggled against hard working teams, which on paper we should have run over, but barely managed to get the points. And we all know what happened in the 2-2 match. Should have won easy, let the guard down and it went to re-match, which we lost.

But both team got both the players and the ability to win today.

Hopefully, it will be in favor for red.

Strong team picked by Fergie! Rooney, RVP and Welbeck all start...Aguero on bench for City...

Both teams pressuring extremely hard this game early. No possession play at all. 3mins and several shots already.

Been reading on Twitter that City seem to be the stronger looking team for the first half.

Yes, they have been attacking very well, and have shut down several great chances that Man U had. However, I have a feeling that United will pick it up second half. They have done that a lot recently. They don't get going strong until second half. Also, in recent years the goals for the wins have come late in the games.

City scores, Milner makes it 1-0 for the citizens!

A string of good results doesn't mean everything is going well. Granted, I haven't seen each of United's games, so I don't know how have they been playing, but there are times when you end up winning without having really done much to win.

That is a hard goal to conceive as a goalkeeper. Being so close but not able to stop it. That will throw him off for the rest of the game.
