Really, it's starting in 5 hours time? Strange... Like in the past years, the race starts at 20:00 Malaysian time and that's around 9 hours from now on.

lol I wonder why that stupid countdown clock changes per-timezone?? Well Nürburg is CEST which is one hour ahead of me meaning it's 5:27. The race starts at 16:00 meaning it's 10 and a half hours away.

Yep, this one is correct. I also made my own calculation and turns out the race is around 10 hours away from now and will start at 22:00 Malaysian time.

Plenty of time still before the start.

On GT Blog (the blog also has a live stream open), the countdown clock is roughly 10 hours. So I guess that's right?

hey guys, couldnt write more then i did in my last post cause i was using mobile internet through a hotspot.

Finished top 40 quali in P36 with a 8.43.999, could have gone with a high 8.40 though, but we made a setup change which i wasnt too happy with but non the less a good results considering all the other SP7 cars are running the 2012 4.0 GT3 R engines, and we run the 3.8 RS engine... 40 BHP less and torque missing.

Will also run the start stint tomorrow. ill try to post a view personal updates in here tomorrow during the race.

Will also try to post a pic later!

thanks for all the good luck, will definitely need it!

Oh and once again, if anyone is visiting, feel free to pass by.

Chris

Ps: I did talk to KY a bit yesterday and today, nothing regarding GT5 but just about motorsport and the ring in general

Nice that you kept your head up in the qualifying.

If you have the chance still, where is your paddock place approximatly?

6 hours and 15 minutes untill GO. Good luck.

That's really bad timing. That's primary posting time for when the streams are not working at the Nurburgring! :sly:

Edit. There is sound on this stream but no picture yet.

In the British GT 2nd race Alex Buncombe started the race in tenth and when Jann resumed after the long-enough pit stop (their stop was 0.5s too short in race 1!) he was still tenth. He's then carved his way through the field to finish 5th - at least three of the passes were on track but I missed the other two.

Incidentally, I'm finding it really difficult to get pictures of the #123 car on track. Anyone else have any better luck?

That was a great move by Rast! Three places in turn one.

The English commentary isn't as good as the German though.

Enjoyed that, good start to the day

I spotted a really good picture yesterday on Twitter/Facebook it was HDR'd to death, but looked great, I'll try and find it.

I hope that they have some late night sax playing in the background like they did last year. I'm hoping to stay up for the full duration.
