The penalty was for impeding Raikkonen.

Lewis says "Soft" tires not going to last very long... I think they were hoping for a one-stopper. Probably pushing too hard.

Funny thing... Vettel slowing down a bit, but he's still within a few tenths of the fastest runners who've done their pits.

Dayumn. 1:19 flat from Vettel... he might be able to do a one stopper on this one... to win. Amazing performance!

Only one faster is Schumi, with 23 seconds of clean air... and only by a tenth.

RBR's strategy seems to be either they'll win with Vettel or Webber... If there's no rain, Webber can win. If there's rain, Vettel will win.
