If you're doing a one-stopper, you don't want to be on the long stint at the end of the race. The one-stopper who's doing the short stint at the end has the advantage.

a Red Bull 1-2 isn't so slim by now.

VET pitted in on lap 46, on Super Soft tires. really gunning for a one-stop.

nice one VET!! blocked HAM just in time

It won't rain until the end.
I can really sure about it.

And that Caterham is a rocket here!...or probably there's a problem for Button.

Vettel still has a good chance at a win. He's on fresher tires, and the guys around him don't have enough tire life to finish the race safely without being overtaken.

True that, at least he gained positions.

This is Monaco, though. Overtaking is nigh impossible here, so he will really have to work for it.

"Kimi, we screwed you on strategy... haha... dry race... try to get a zillion laps on these tires. That is all..."

MSC with HUUUGGGEE lock-up just after the tunnel.

looks like there won't be any more rain.

I can't believe people still doubting Vettel's win.

On a funny side note: Here in German TV there is everytime this one commercial during the brake where a little girl asks her dad in an annoyed voice: "Rain, daaad, raaaaaaaain, when is it comming finally!?" :dopey:
*Teh irony*

True that... and Vettel's on the Super Softs... so he's got to do some conservation.

Big losers in this are Raikkonen, who got screwed by strategy, and Hamilton, who seems like he's being let down by the car... not that Button's doing so hot, either. Apparently McLaren haven't got the balance in this car right for Monaco...

It's been a parade the entire race.

Everyone is trying to second-guess everyone else on tire strategy, they're all playing it as conservatively as possible, which is why Vettel didn't lose so much in terms of lap times at the end of that first stint.

Perez is showing what they should be lapping if they were pushing... 1:17 somewhere. But push too hard and you could find yourself in the wall right quick.

yellow flag up. wonder why.

whoa, GLO's piece of front wing snapped off. debris on track.
