I'm hopeful for Rossi, he seems more on the pace than last year already.

Ohh look at those pics, sexy sexy sexy!

Like others I'm ready for the season to begin. Lets see how my american fellas do this year. I'm always worried about Nicky's speed vs dropping the bike (ill be watch Misano most importantly, lol make it through turn 1 man this year), but i'm not worried about Ben Spies as he is a strategic smart rider who calculates his races.

By the way who are these Silva, Torres, and Batini guys and what series did they come from?
I thought Andrea Iannone & Marc Marquez would of got promoted up?

Marquez chose to stay in moto 2 to win the championship, he is only 18 (or 19). The other guys you mentioned are the crt guys, most of the good guys in moto 2 knew they would be rubbish so it's slim pickings for someone to actually ride the thing. Hope that 9 second gap comes down before april though.

I not to worried about Marc Marquez, because we all know he will have a seat with Honda (and I'm not talking about LCR, lol), But Andrea needs to qualify better so he can get more race wins. Andrea always makes up a ton of spots, but what good is it if your gridding up mid-pack. There only 600cc so there's not enough power to catch the front runners in time!

But hey you said it,. Stefan Bradl didn't catch the best seat out there with LCR. Even if he does good there going to have to hop him up to Gresini and then factory if he's that good.

Casey Stoner is killing them out of the box alrerady!

Didn't you see Marquez' phenomenal 125cc race win in Portugal in 2010? If the world didn't already know it, that was the point it became clear he was going to be an utter superstar.

Maybe so but another year in moto2 won't hurt him, he jumps up now and will end up on a crap bike. If he wins the championship he has a better shot at a better bike. He's young, there's no rush, if he really is a superstar he'll get his chance

Testing times are not representative of anything. Not unless you know the testing programmes of every team, and can account for the differences. What if Stoner was simply doing a qualifying run when he set his fastest time, and Spies only ever did long-distance testing?

True there are a lot of specifics, but I was proud to see Ben Spies at the top of the list.

I'd like to post a few photos of the "Other Guys" but its down to who takes the pics an where I can borrow em from :dopey:

Some of those bikes really look like they're off the pace. The newer F1 teams anyone?

I'm hoping for Iannone to finally win the Moto2 championship, though I fear Marquez would be a very difficult opponent. As for MotoGP (which I follow quite little compared to the more entertaining Moto2), I'm going with Stoner again.

Don't even remember which riders are in Moto3, but Ajo Motorsport is the team I wish to see winning the championship, considering they're Finnish. :dopey:

Marquez will be near impossible to beat imo. Iannone is great, but he needs to work on qualifying. Marquez is a very mature, complete rider.

Marquez vs Elias this year will be good to watch. Throw in Iannone, Julien Simon and Smith on a competitive bike, and Moto2 will again be what MotoGP isn't.

I agree, I like Marc Marquez he is a talent rider that i've been watching since the 125cc class, but I'm rooting for Andrea Iannone, I like his charismatic attitude, and riding style. His goal for this year is to qualify better, but most likely Marc Marquez will graduate after this year, and Andrea Ianonne will have to wait for next year, unless speedup racing introduces there talked about Moto Gp class entry finally?

3 Questions:

#1 Does anyone have to scoop on this I'm guessing new Yamaha factory team
(Katsuyuki Nakasuga Yamaha Factory 2:02.334 +0.116 +2.727 27)?

#2 Poor Toni Elias, does he go back to conquer Moto 2 again, and forever stay there since he's failed twice in the Moto Gp class, or does he just keep hopping back and forth from class to class until he figures out the big bike? I mean will anyone take him even if he dominates the Moto 2 series again?

#3 Who looks back more Toni Alias or Andrea Iannone?

2. Elias has always been the guy who could never make the bridgestones work. The only thing left is for him to try superbikes.
3. Probably Elias, especially last year when he was always thinking "are they lapping me yet?" The worst one was Fabien Foret in the super sport. I always thought he would dominate Misano once they started going the other way round.

Well we will see where he lands next? I rate Toni Elias & Randy DP the same, but randy still has his seat.

Question for you zzxxz:
Who's your favorite rider in both class Moto Gp & Moto 2 ?

I have already said I like Dovi, Spies and Crutchlow in the gp. As for moto 2 I like Simon, Takahashi and the 3 Brits

I'll get involved or start one for sure 👍

Sorry I've not got back to you but I realised the one I joined involves British superbikes as well; you probably wouldn't know much about that.

Anyway, Mrs Stoner had her baby and guess what date? Valentino Rossi's birthday.

I really like the Blusens/Avintia Racing liveries:

Almost as much as I liked their matte black interim test livery.
