Missed opportunity by Spurs today, at home, and Chelsea with 10 men but still held to a draw. I didn't see the game but from the stats it looked fairly even, but then we all know how good Chelsea are at defending under pressure, its how they won the champions league.

Exactly, decent game, but a missed opportunity it was. A shame that we performed so poorly in the 2nd half, but it was even after 90 minutes, 45 dominated by each team. Shame we didn't win, but there's still 32 games to go. Just hope the gooners lose vs Swansea later today. :P

And 1-0 down. Great. Not a great performance at all.

EDIT: And 1-1 within a few minutes through another superb Rooney free kick. And RVP comes on for Chicharito.

LOVE ASTON VILLA! Gotta love turning 1-2 to 3-2, man, Citeh do really suck. Same goes United, and I couldn't be happier. :P

Can't believe how rubbish United are at the moment...

Only positive thing today, Villa is got a great result against City.

United's downfall is absolutely hilarious - more so as every United fan I know is in massive denial that they are not the powerhouse they once were without Ferguson

Anyway, the results today have gone massively in Arsenal's favour, so let's hope for a win :)

Some great results so far today. Just hope Arsenal can capitalise on it. Swansea away won't be easy.

Another shocker today, we are down to 12th now!, whats going on?!?! :grumpy:

No Williams for Swansea, it would be good to get a point out of that one as we are up against a very in form Arsenal..

Man Utds problem is thats its the same utd. Meaning its the same as last year plus an average fellaini. Every year since Fergie was there, they had found a talisman or tactic that worked. His year the management has switch and it will take a few more month to create stability to create a utd team and not just field a team based on last season.

Ps yes not all Utd fan get to go to old trafford because unlike america where you can park in a desert sized lot, uk is very cramped, condensed and cluttered so getting up there, parking, watching and making it home is almost a weekend thing rather than watching you team play, who i've supported since before the great Cantona era. I only go up a few times a year depending on opposition and work.

The truth is Sir Alex needed 3 seasons to get United to this level and Moyes was always going to find it tough at the start, the only way he would've been sacked is if we were bottom of the table with zero points, so no matter how bad it gets be have to give him and the team our full backing..

Good first half for Swansea! happy with that...

Moyes seems a little out of his depth at the moment. He is unwillingly to go all out as Man U would have done, as he doesn't want to get beat, but ends up getting beat. He, like all managers needs time, but unfortunately time is one thing the modern manager doesn't get.

Ah Christ! Swans 0-1 Arsenal Gnabry :grumpy:

AAAAAAaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aaron Ramsay continuing his exceptional start to the season. He just can't do no wrong.

YES! Ben Davies!!!!

So when you support two teams in the same league when and they both win on the same day you feel brilliant, but when they both lose on the same day you feel like ****!

Top of the league, Swansea's goal aside very solid from Arsenal, Ramsey and Gnabry brilliant.

Darn, he was going pretty well with my dream team. Him and Michu up front.

He managed an assist.

Re looking forward, Arsenal for me must win all games untill the very difficult November.

Arsenal now 8 points clear of the champions whom I'm baffeled as to why people are still writting them off, United will improve Moyes just needs it to click.

I'm not quite sure what Moyes is trying to do, is he trying a more defensive tactic? Because that's never been United's strong point. We win from outscoring the opposition, not from defending... Attack is the best form of defence after all.

Couldn't agree more with that, defensively today they were absolutely terrible. Forwards were passing Ferdinand like he wasn't even there and the defenders just didn't seem to connect with each other.

A quite bizarre set of results to wake up to - City seem to be hot and cold, Utd just seem cold and Arsenal (for the first time in years) are on fire.

The Moyes situation at Utd reminds me of Hodgeson at Pool. Not a match made in heaven and not one destined to last...

Oh please can it last just a little bit longer :D Also, as a Liverpool fan, if we don't capitalize and get 3 points tomorrow I'm going to swing for someone.

Alex.

Don't Liverpool fans swing for someone regardless of what happens in the match?

Yep, every single one of us. It's part of the requirement of becoming a fan actually. We always meet up for post-game fights at the local pubs. The blokes fight the blokes, wives fight the wives, children fight the children and occasionally the players fight the DJ's.

Norwich just beat Stoke 1-0, wasn't a great game, Stoke were poor, Norwich goal was scored by Howson..

Sunderland-Liverpool next, no changes for pool from the defeat in midweek so Suarez starts and it looks like they are playing a back three...what the holy hell is that kit Liverpool have got on!?, Black, Purple and White!

Goal for Sturridge, 0-1 to Liverpool, it came of his arm though and he was lucky!
Suarez makes it 2 0-2!

I haven't watched the first half but even so, this could easily be 6 or 7-0 judging by the state Sunderland are in.

Sunderland have done really well actually, had plenty of chances and hit the bar from a free kick..
