It won't be long before all you Man U fans start getting fidgety. To be fair, Moyes is making a bit of a pigs ear to his start at Old Trafford.
Good thing we're all plastic so none of us actually care if the team does badly đź‘Ť
Guess most of us will be City or Chelsea fans next year.

On a positive note, Portsmouth are now 4 games unbeaten and still pulling 15k in League Two.
Strong work. Good to see them turning it around after several years where it looked like they might vanish entirely.

Last thought of the day, My God Arsenal's first goal  I could watch it over and over again

Class. ;)

Was another great day to be an Arsenal fan. Two points clear, a fairly convincing result (apart from the 20 minutes when we let Norwich back into it), some absolutely class goals scored (especially the first ) and the mancs dropped more points at home . Great stuff đź‘Ť.

Just seen Arsenal's first goal on MotD. That is football pornography right there

That goal is... It's.... Urm... Yeah!

Wow Famine, how bad can it get.

Also still can't understand how United aren't picking up these points? is it the fear factor has gone? they still have a great starting Xi, doubt they have a chance for the title but if they keep this up they need to watch out for the Top 4 spot.

Would you be scared of a team who can only draw at home to Southampton?

I don't know why people are talking Southampton down, they have a very good team and have been playing some nice football under Pochetino (spelling?).

Yeh we may have drawn but their not that high for no reason. Villa beat city, west ham beat spurs and Cardiff also beat city.

All im going to say for arsenal is wrap up Ozil with cotton wool because if hes gone, so is the top spot. (Like messi for barca)

I reckon Arsenal will be able to cope without Ozil, Flamini is their most important player IMO as their defense is still pretty poor and he allows Wilshere, Cazorla, Ozil and Ramsey to push on forward.

Will be interesting to see how they do against Dortmund if Flamini isn't fit for it.

So Spurs are 1-0 up away to Villa at half time thanks to Townsends goal but it was overshadowed by some idiot in the Villa crowd throwing a flare at the linesman, it hit his back and he was ok to continue..

0-2 Tottenham, Soldado with the goal..

0-2 Tottenham full time, Townsend gets man of the match..

Agree with The importance of Flamini, our defence is pretty solid though I've been happy with it since the end of last season.

The 2 teams that other teams should fear this season for me are Arsenal and Spurs. They've been playing some fantastic football so far. You could also argue that Liverpool have a point but if Suarez and Sturridge both get injured/suspended (which is quite likely), they could be beaten easily, Even with Sturridge playing, Southampton still beat them.

Right I want to talk abut Man United again for a bit because the manager and the team clearly have problems, here are some of them

Marouane Fellaini...last season United went to Goodison park for their opening fixture and lost 1-0, the match was all about Fellaini as he took us apart and scored the goal, he was unplayable..and we are waiting for that to happen at United, I know he hasn't been there long and he is still settling in but if he doesn't improve and the bad run the team is having continues then Fellaini will be used as a scapegoat...

Use the substitutes better...against Southampton Moyes brought on Giggs for Fellaini, Welbeck for Nani and Smalling for Rooney, whilst leaving Kagawa and Zaha on the bench, just...what??

Speaking of Kagawa......Moyes needs to tell us whats going on there, if he doesn't like him and doesn't want him on the team he should say so, then Kagawa can find a club in January, I know a lot of people wont like that but Kagawa is too good to leave on the bench

Fight more...wheres the fight? I know we fought back against Sunderland to win but no disrespect to them but we were expected to do that, we let City score four and did nothing, we let Liverpool score and did nothing, we didn't do enough against Chelsea or Southampton, this is the meekest United team for a long time!

Sir Alex Ferguson...Fergie said that he would leave Moyes to it, and at the start when he was recovering from his hip op he did but now he's got his book out he is everywhere...and don't think that's helping Moyes one bit and its going to get worse with the book launch this week..

despite the everything there are a few reasons to be cheerful..

Rooney looks happy and settled...the whole transfer saga during the summer seems to be a thing of the past and he is scoring and playing well and against Southampton he kept up his very impressive record of either scoring or laying on an assist in 44 of the last 50 games for the club in all comps!

Rvp is back...after a bit of a slump in form Van Persie is back on the scoresheet (I say a bit of a slump, it only lasted about two weeks!) and he became Hollands all-time top scorer during the inter break, so congrats to him!đź‘Ť

the future is looking very bright...the one bit of good news is that Januzaj signed a five year deal before the game on Saturday and he joins several other very promising young players at the club like De Gea, Jones, Smalling, Welbeck, Zaha and Lingard..

Good game last night, id say that Holloways job is at risk now

Also, did anyone here what Sir Alex had to say at his book press conference today...a few people are going to be upset about what he said!...

I haven't seen the press conference but I have read this article which has quite a few things that I laughed at (could also be slightly controversial )

I wouldn't like to be Adrian Chiles or Lee Dixon with Keane on Itv's footie coverage tonight, Keane would not be in the best of moods!

so after the Fulham result on Monday, Ian Holloways job looked to be at risk...and it looks as though he has left the club, no-one knows if he jumped or was pushed but Palace will hold a news conference in about half an hour..

According to the media, it was by mutual consent. Shame, I thought Holloway was the funniest manager out.

Yeah its a shame he's gone, but I think that if they didn't get promoted he'd still be there..think about it...

..anyway, Tony Pulis is the early favourite to get the job with Neil Warnock second..

Very good point. I think he left because of the pressure of being bottom of the EPL. That is a lot of pressure mainly from the media. Of course, that's just my idea.

So no doubt that the two big games this weekend are Sunderland-Newcastle and Chelsea-Man City which are both on Sky on Sunday, Southampton v Fulham is the Saturday night game, Palace v Arsenal is the game on Bt and there no Monday Night Football this week, Capitol Cup is on next week..
