2-0.

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA the Hull - United match is just like watching my luck in Fifa.

On paper, United (me) have alot better team, still getting wooped by Hull (my opponents).

Januzaj in for injured Rafael, gets a freekick, Rooney assist to Smalling header and now 2-1. Come on!

Edit: 2-2, Rooney screamer!

What a strike by Rooney!

And what a game this is turning out to be..2-2 almost half hour played!

A hull goal would be really great right about now. Also, guys, we don't need to know every time a goal goes in. If you want to discuss it fine, but don't just post the score.

Jesus Christ, what an idiot. The single worst defensive header of all time.

Love it when the United fans sing the Cantona Christmas song!

Rooney is in the ref's face for every decision against United, every game. How does he always stay on the pitch?

Well it wasn't great but its a win and we were 2-0 down after 12 minutes!

Valencia was stupid and petulant but he was going to miss the Norwich game anyway with that first booking which was his fifth of the season..

Suddenly just 5 points of the top (1 more match played yes), but still getting better.

Not that great of a match to day but the win is enough. Matchday in just 2 days again.

Four red cards so far today, five if you count Mark Hughes!
Antonio Valencia (ManUtd) - two yellows.
Glenn Wheelan (Stoke) - two yellows.
Mark Wilson (Stoke) - straight red.
Mark Hughes (Stoke) - sent to the stands.
Tim Howard (Everton) - straight red.

Cracking day of football, every team playing on the same day that isn't the last day of the season for the first time in five years, plenty of goals and all three teams that started at the bottom won away from home, not a good day at all for West Ham..

Man City-Liverpool next...

^^ I agree, it has been a great day of football today. I wish all of the teams could play on the same day more often but European competitions kind of put an end to that so it's a rarity.

Glad Arsenal got the win today, and the City v Liverpool game was very entertaining. I was a bit shocked as well to see United losing to Hull at the 2 min mark, but then I made it home to discover they managed a win.

Anyway Arsenal are at the top which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy so I'm obviously in a good mood :)

I just wan't to say that even though we did go one down I think at times we played so fantastic football particularly in the first half. Giroud linked up with Ozil several times and Santi held on to the ball fairly well in the first 25 mins or some whenever he got hold of it.
I was also fairly impressed with Gibbs today you could see how determined he was in the second half to get the ball forward and into the box. Sagna's crossing also looked pretty sharp today, and Podolski made a huge difference when he came on.

My only negative to take from this game are that Giroud missed a few good chances and it's very fortunate that he had Podolski and Walcott save us today or people would be calling for his head.

Also, I know it probably prevented a goal, but Szczesney needs to stop star-jumping into strikers because should we have had a 'strict' ref today *cough* Mike Dean *cough* or if he got it wrong they would have got a penalty.

Happy with the results today, back on top and we have very winnable fixtures coming up against Newcastle and Cardiff

Today I watched United go 2-0 and win, Arsenal go 1-0 down and win, then City go 1-0 down and win against us :grumpy:

And Stoke go 1-0 up, have 2 men sent off within 3 mins of each other and then get hammered 5-1

After result of match against Stoke I think my Mags really wants to join Champions League battle. :) And finally Papiss scored!

I knew we would give Man City a run for there money yesterday, abit disappointed with the result, but we gave it our best shot. Players can be proud with there performance, we'll learn and regroup from this defeat and bounce back strongly.

Onto Chelsea this Sunday now...

No surprise about Mackay being sacked its been on the cards for the last week or so, Vincent Tan is a disgrace who knows nothing about football, Solskjaer is among the candidates apparently but if I were him I wouldn't even consider the job if offered...

Another busy weekend of football this weekend with the two big games on Sunday Newcastle v Arsenal and Chelsea v Liverpool, there is also games on Wednesday and the 3rd round of the cup next weekend, so we are not short of football this week!

What happened to freedom of speech? It's not like he actually said "the ref was from Manchester, so obviously he was biased towards Man City" is it?
