Also interesting how no one mentioned Suarez getting elbowed square in the face and dead-legged by 2 villa players to be given absolutely nothing at all by the referee.

It's funny how everyone comes out and gets on Suarez's back, obviously he's an easy target. Also it's funny how no one mentions the poor decisions what haven't gone our way aswell recently ?

Some of the tackles I've seen made last month or so on Suarez, well lets say they went
unnoticed.

Anyways, disappointed with the result yesterday against Villa, but got to give credit to Villa for starting very quick. We need to get better defensively, so there is plenty of room for improvement in that aspect. Again the team showed fantastic character to rescue a point, so we got to settle with that and move on. Could be a crucial point when the season ends, so we'll see what happens for the rest of the season.

Another loss for Swansea then :indiff: and thats eight without a win now....hopefully United will do the business, no Rooney or RVP but Jones starts, C,MON UNITED!!

2-0 down half time! :grumpy:

And thats 3-0! :banghead:

At least Moyes is trying to do something about it by bringing Chica on, but this is pretty shocking, there's no real fight!

United get a goal back, Hernandez with it...

Here's a question for the United fans on :gtplanet:... Do you start Chica and Kagawa? Just wondering...

That was never a red card!, yellow at best and United should appeal...,

As for the result, well it was always going to be hard for us but we should have been 2-0 up during our great start and it was downhill from Eto'o's first, we need to buy now!

If Rooney doesn't play Kagawa is an automatic starter in the hole.
Welbeck / Hernandez depends on the opposition. Against Chelsea I'd start Welbeck.

Vidic was sent off for a nothing challenge, Rafael gets away with a yellow for a two-footed, studs-first lunge on Ivanovic... Because Phil Dowd.

We definitely should appeal that red card!

Also both my teams lost 3-1....what a crap day!!

Waking up from my sleep with a 3-1 triumph is quite nice. Sounds like United got a bit of iffy reffing? That's payback for Clattenburgs cock up last season. Anybody else think the premier league reffing has been pretty poor this season? I see many tweets about it.

Moyes actually said the title is still possible in his post match interview

That's it, the man has obviously lost it.

I don't know... Vidic's late tackle looked deliberate to me, in which case a red card is justified.
No mate, that was never a red (despite Hazard's theatrical reaction).

It seemed very harsh but doubt they would revoke it, plus he isn't needed in your next games (Sunderland Home,an easy League Tie I can't remember and doubt the match after that is anything too difficult) so not a huge loss.

United should concentrate on the Champions league, they could go on a decent run with a kind draw or too plus Rooney and Judas 🤬 will be back.

It's not even the fact that Vidic got a red card that makes me mad. It's that David Luiz committed 2 red card offences in the first half and got away with a yellow and the fact that Rafael should have had a red for that terrible challenge. Dowd was so inconsistent.

Vidic dove in from behind, through Hazard's legs, with what looks like very little intention to play the ball. At game speed, from the referees position, that would definitely look like a straight red.

I think it was harsh.

Then Vidic goes and agrees to the sending-off in his post-match interview :ouch:

If the referee deemed it to be a professional foul i.e. deliberate, then a red card was always likely. I don't know what Vidic said, but it certainly looked like he had no intention of playing the ball and every intention of taking Hazard down, hence the straight red.

The Sunderland match on Wednesday is now massive and we will boosted with the return of Rooney, they are saying he will have a better chance of playing in that than he did against Chelsea and our next league games are against Cardiff and Stoke, we are not playing in the cup at the weekend so we have a weekend off..
