Didn't you say United had a chance against City last night?

well sort of, I said I was cautiously optimistic but I didn't actually say that we had a chance.....but there's more chance of us finishing fourth than beating Bayern!

Wasn't easy for Liverpool tonight, they got the win but Sunderland put up a terrific fight...this is definitely one of the best title races in the last ten years!

Real Madrid muck it up big time against Sevilla, what a finish we are going to have in the La Liga at this rate!

With Barcelona-Atletico Madrid as their last fixture, it's going to be a real fight to the finish.

Real also has Espanyol on the final day of La Liga, so it really could be anybodies title at this point.

Was a tense last 10 mins or so last night against Sunderland, but happy we got through and extended our winning run. :)

Onto Tottenham on Sunday now, will be a tough one and expecting them to show more fight this time around, as to when we played them last time. 👍

Give them a hammering and we could get rid of 2 Spud managers in one season :D

I'm expecting SAS (plus Sterling and/or Coutinho) to rip them apart - I don't think they don't have any fit centre halves.

Congratulations to Celtic for winning the weakest league in the world last night..
If it gets a shot at the Champions League it's all that matters. :D

Plus, I find it hilarious how bad Scottish football suddenly got after Rangers got demoted, Aberdeen, Dundee United, Caley Thistle are all stronger than they were before and I sure hope Dundee United prove it. Aberdeen could win a cup double, but it's easier to pretend we need Rangers. 👍 Scottish media are hilarious.

Yeah BR has been rotating between Coutinho and Sterling last few matches or so. I think he will go with Sterling this weekend, use that electric pace to go in behind there centre backs. ;)

Maybe. Coutinho had a fantastic game against Sunderland though... the boy has velcro for feet

He cost £8 million. Man U spent £37 million on Mata.

Coutinho can play on either wing or at the head of the diamond, plus he chases back, defends and tackles. I know who I'd rather have in my team ;)

True he did, yeah he's a fantastic player and a real bargain buy aswell, he's young and still will get better as a player in the coming years. 👍

Football this weekend...

Saturday
Arsenal v Man City (5.30 Sky)
Crystal Palace v Chelsea
Man United v Aston Villa (12.45 BT)
Southampton v Newcastle
Stoke v Hull
Swansea v Norwich
West Brom v Cardiff

Sunday
Fulham v Everton (1.30 Sky)
Liverpool v Tottenham (4.00 Sky)

Monday Night
Sunderland v West Ham (8.00 Sky)

Some big games at both ends of the table, in case you didn't know there are plans to have a plane fly past Old Trafford with a banner that will say Moyes Out! (or something like that) and I think the fact that we have fans willing to do this and pay for it disgusts me a bit...

:lol::lol::lol:

Fergie would have had them hunted down and shot (after they'd been tortured).

Fun stat: Juan Mata has won more games at Old Trafford in a Chelsea shirt than in a Manchester United one.

I really thought we had more class than that, the last time something like that happened was for Steve Kean at Blackburn...we are not Blackburn :indiff:

You might be Blackburn soon if the Moyssiah's plans come to fruition.

Massive weekend for the two Welsh teams in the league, both fighting relegation and both facing fellow strugglers tomorrow...C'MON SWANSEA!!!!!

Just heard that Celtic are 3rd in the UK for both Season Ticket sales and Matchday bought tickets.:odd::gtpflag:

Matchday ticket sales is a surprise as its usually half empty when you play teams near the bottom isn't it?...

It's half empty when we play teams near the top too. Apparently people buy the tickets and don't show up, very strange!

Hey, I'm pretty sure that the Welsh league has a team capable of making the Champions League for 2 consecutive years and 2 which have made the Last 16 a few times. :sly:

Wait, when did David Moyes appear in Star Trek: The Next Generation?

It reminds me of Santini's appointment 10 years ago when it was announced awful early.

Not sure what to make of it to be honest, and I've no idea what Van Gaal is like or what sort of football Spurs will be likely to play next season.

It's more important they keep the good players in the summer though. If Lamela leaves it would be a huge loss, for example.
