Wait, when did David Moyes appear in Star Trek: The Next Generation?

As an admirer of people doing things well I strongly recommend you to re-associate your attempts of being funny at Manchester United's expense to the poor results this season.

If a particular result deny you this opportunity, please single out a player who has been in poor form lately, or who has an established reputation that shames the club and said player.

It's sad to see you clutching at straws.

(Or you could have waited for Tuesday, which will undoubtedly present you with a mouthwateringly poor result to mock.)

Breaking news! Chicharito scored!

Seriously, I think his time @ United has finished. He needs to find another club so he can continue developing and... well... playing on a regular basis...

Excellent result for Crystal Palace today...

... I wonder who Mourinho will rant at for this result?

Is the title slipping away from Chelsea? I think it might be.

Here's my top four come the end of the season:

Man City
Liverpool*
Chelsea*
Arsenal

Liverpool and Chelsea will finish level, but Liverpool are above on points difference.

It reminds me of Santini's appointment 10 years ago when it was announced awful early.

Not sure what to make of it to be honest, and I've no idea what Van Gaal is like or what sort of football Spurs will be likely to play next season.

It's more important they keep the good players in the summer though. If Lamela leaves it would be a huge loss, for example.

Gaal is certainly experienced, he's managed Barca, Bayern, Ajax and is the current Netherlands manager so he knows what he's doing.
I just wish Sherwood is given more time, it would be better for the team if they didn't qualify for Europa so they can spend next season solely focusing on getting into the Champions League. But if they don't get the 5th spot Sherwood will be gone anyway. Sherwood is very passionate about the club, ambitious, honest and hard working. His results have been very good too for someone who's had no managerial experience prior to this, if he's given time I think he would be a great manager.

But it sounds like a done deal, as you say I hope the players stay (and I imagine they will).

Uhh... I was making a joke about his attire? Which looks like a Star Fleet uniform from ST:TNG...

Nobody to Rant at really. We just played poorly. Didn't really get anything going.

That Brom Cardiff game was awesome to watch. Superb goals from both teams, then the drama in the the added time. Wow.

Palace beat Chelsea 1-0!, means that Chelsea are still top but City, Arsenal, and Liverpool are still to play this weekend.

Great win for Swansea over Norwich means we are seven points clear of the drop now! :)

United had more of a routine win, Moyes had a terrific reception form the United fans and most of them booed when the plane with the banner buzzed around for the first 15 minutes.

Another day packed with goals and Arsenal-Man City up next....

If Van Gaal is appointed, they'll take time to gel under him, which might well stop Spurs qualifying for Champions League again, whereas with Sherwood and one or two signings they could realistically make it.

I also liked Sherwood, I just wish he would stop playing the best line-up in the Europa League instead of the Premier League.:ouch:

Kay. Then why suggest it has anything to do with their results, poor or otherwise?

My first thought when I saw that picture was of ST:TNG - not Manchester United's performances.

Oddly, my wife's first thought was also of ST:TNG - only she mentioned that he's wearing a red shirt and we all know what that means...

Kagawa had a good game earlier, which of course means he will be dropped for Cleverley on Tuesday...

City 1-0 up through Silva...

You know the way Arsenal's form is at the moment, top four will be a struggle.

Sorry, my mistake.

But he's Scottish, so he should be OK.

Agreed, we were so much better in the second half, City even looked on the ropes at one point . Apart from Everton, our fixture is now is relatively easy, so hopefully we grab as many points as we can, win the F.A Cup and see what the other teams do 👍
We won't win the league, but a close 3rd/2nd would do nicely.

City were pretty terrible, I think 3rd could be in reach title still goes to City for me.

Arsenal & Palace

I love you both:D

As do I. Arsenal I love for obvious reasons, but Crystal Palace have some fantastic fans. I Spoke to one of their 'ultras' on the London Underground before the Arsenal v Palace game and he was a very nice bloke 👍 There was also non-stop noise from their fans from the moment I left the Highbury & Islington tube station to the 90th minute whistle.

They are top fans which I think a lot of other clubs could learn from 👍.

Massive win for Everton who beat Fulham 3-1, they are within one point of Arsenal with a game in hand now!

Liverpool-Tottenham next...and the 'pool can go top with a win....

Dawson is on for 20 seconds and gifts them a goal.:ouch:

Also Bentaleb and Sigurdsson is a terrible CM partnership, and Sandro and Dembele are on the bench.:boggled:

And your not going to get goals with Loldado on the pitch...
