I think the current bottom 3 are done for.
I assume players can leave, but Barcelona can't sign anyone. So does this mean if a player requests a transfer for family reasons, or general personal reasons or whatever they aren't able to do so?
If so it may be a fair ban for the club, but not for the players.

Also is this going to be appealed? I remember Chelsea got in trouble signing Gael Kakuta a few years ago but managed to get their transfer ban lifted.
Also a washed-up psychopath says a fat, pie-smashing whingemachine isn't a "world class" player. Not much football news about today, Stuart Pearce will take charge of Notts Forest from July 1
And seven players from football league clubs in the North West have been arrested in connection with alleged bribery and money-laundering, six original players re-arrested as part of the investigation....
Serves them right. Never been a huge fan of Barcelona. Always hated their tactics. Yes, they may have some of the most technically gifted players in the world but, it doesn't give them an excuse to play like a bunch of girls. Barcelona spends more time rolling on the ground and complaining to the refs than Cristiano Ronaldo. And that's saying something.

And he's right, but most folk are concentrating on the "Pfft, coming from you" angle...
