Can't decide whether I want to actually stay up to at least see the restart or to just go to bed and try and wake up around 7am-8am so I still get a good taste of the closing hours of the race.

Thinking perhaps I should just call it a night. Kind of pessimistic the first few hours following the restart may not be all that great.

A bit off topic but I'm assuming we're all listening to RLM

Can anyone link me to this incident where the guy's student crashed while instructing? or provide more information so I can find some information myself? 👍

Via @Audi__Sport: What do you do if the Nürburgring 24h race is interrupted, you're a mechanic and it is cold?

Afternoon everyone! Wow didn't see any Rain when I went to Sleep so pretty stunned to see the Race Red Flagged. Glad to see the #123 Car Repaired finally but 25 Laps Down! :( Hopefully they can make up some time and claw back a result of some sort.

I need one of those for my bed ^

As for the GT-R, I am ok if it doesn't win, I just want to see that it has the pace to be a threat in the future races that it takes part in. I think that lap down cars such as our GT-R might not be able to battle with the audi and Aston cars.

- Rough translation; race control says that you can see the red flag as a safety car period. That means that what you see happening on the track (overtaking and such) is also the real running order. Good news for the fans!

We've 9 hours to go, #123 is the last car on the grid, its 27laps down, it has a new engine, lets go racing.

:gtpflag:

For goodness sake... since the restart it's been freezing every few seconds for several seconds at a time.. my internet is fine and the radio is working perfectly fine.

*flails* I refuse to have stayed up all this time for it to break now!!
