On the other hand, Red Bull are once again only offering sponsorship to a team and driver once they are successful.

As opposed to other F1 sponsors who chose who to sponsor based on their nationality, and other BTCC sponsors who are there because daddy is running the companies finances.

BTCC liveries are being posted on twitter: https://twitter.com/neilhudson Belcher, Austin and Newsham posted so far

Ollie Jackson to drive second Welch Motorsports car

Plato says he should have won the title last year and I kinda agree, though if I'm saying this for Plato then I should be saying it for Shedden, the interview is on Autosport but I ran out of free views so I can't put it on here.

Why should he have won the title? I get it if he's talking about reliability etc, but isn't that part of the game?

Lea wood may be buying an avensis.

New build surely? I take it United Autosports have the ex Wrathall 2012 car and the ex-Cicely entry (which was a Wrathall car originally).

I mean Belcher has an ex Speedworks Avensis... leaving another ex Speedworks car available? Unless more are in existence or being built?

Preferred the old skoda octavia estate super tourer myself

Sent you a pm

Not really sure how that one will end up looking. Never thought the A Class proportions were quite right for a TC.

Rotek running a design competition for there S3. 8pm tonight however, huge news. BMR unveil there 4 car attack. Including an Independent winner, BTCC race winners and biggest of all, a 2 time BTCC champion.

My money is on James Kaye, Lea Wood, Tom Onslow-Cole, and Alain Menu.

My avatar ;)
My racing hero, I think the best racing driver i've ever watched.

Jack Goff is one of them, His entry this year is already confirmed. I would think Warren Scott will be in another because it's his team. No idea on the other two though, I'm waiting for the announcement but btcc.net won't load for me at the moment.

It's at 8:00, Twitter's probably the best place to keep up with it.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Great for BTCC, but I really miss Giovanardi :(

I'm gonna start watching this again this year...I haven't watched in ages but I've just grew bored of Formula 1.

Good to know Menu is back. Was my favourite driver from the old days (I was a Renault fan when I started watching in 94, and stuck with the team through Menu's championship - then followed Menu to Ford!) but WTCC has never held my interest long enough to watch him race. When he's on it, a very good driver indeed. Looking forward to seeing how he does in the decade-plus he's been out of the series.

There's been talk for a while that Motorbase have an ex-BTCC champion too, which is possibly Giovanardi...not to mention WSR are still yet to confirm things.
