It's definitely been resurfaced. Looks really smooth.. or at least a lot smoother than it had been.

I am convinced by this pic that it has been resurfaced last time I saw pics of the banking which was 1-2 years ago there were big weeds growing through the track. Could this be a sign of things to come?
