Looks like the '60s Mustang coupes which Chevy stole the design from.

What do we have here?

I honestly don't see how you can say that given the masking on the front leaves us no real picture of the finished product...

How can you possibly tell? It's under a ton of camouflage that completely disguise the look of it.

I know that but it seems kind of dumb they just couldn't call it the 50th Anniversary model like any other company would have done.

All 1964 1/2 models are labeled as 1965 models according to VIN numbers.

I agree it is pretty stupid to call it that instead of the 50th anniversary. But I won't care if it looks anything like that Evos concept.

The EVO's concept looks like a Hot Wheels toy. I hate it with a burning passion.

I don't mind the Evos being an Evos. It's just that calling it a Mustang (which I've heard that it will look like the Evos, and I've heard it will just take a few styling cues from it) is pretty terrible and stupid. My opinion, of course.

And besides, the original 1964 1/2 Mustang wasn't actually called that by Ford, it was mostly fan named.

I was hoping we'd see the new Mustang at NAIAS. Also, the configurator for the 2014 model is up. Don't get excited though. Same car from 2013.

Hopefully, we see the new car at New York, and they release a 2014 1/2 limited run as rumored.

2015 Mustang will be on a new global platform called "S550" and is confirmed to be a 2 door coupe. It will also be changed more so than any other previous generation. How they will top the Fox Body I will never know. Sketchy move...

Sorry, had to. :lol:

@OP

I don't want to live on this planet anymore. For the 2013 model, personally, I absolutely love the fact the styling hasn't evolved all that much. I love the retro styling. :(

I'd like Ford to go in the opposite direction as far as poundage goes. Somewhere in the 3200lbs range would be lovely, but also a pipe dream hahaha.

Yeah, I don't think the Mustang has ever been a stand alone car. It's always based off something else. That 4-door Stang' screams 64-65 Falcon.:sly:

Nice find though.👍

I still prefer the retro look of Mustangs like the 2013. And fox bodys are cool(if you put a LsX with twins in:D)
