2015 Formula 1 Grande Premio Petrobras do Brasil

No, he didn't. Lewis walks on water. There's no way he hit a parked car.

It's clear from that shot that the Ferrari, the Williams and the pit-lane-exit-line reversed towards Plucky Brit Hammie in order to give viewers the impression that The Nation's Favourite was in the wrong. I for one am disgusted etc. etc. :D

Not just the entire pitlane and 2 cars but the whole of the Earth slowed down it's rotation to let that happen.

Pretty sure it's Nico's fault, somehow.
You can't spell "Nicole" without "Nico". You can, however, spell "Scherzinger" without "Rosberg", but that just proves that they were in on it together.

"You ran into me so many times, Lewis, but you never saw me. And now, here we are. It was me, Lewis - the author of all your pain."

...so, basically the F1 World Champ just hit a parked car.........

From that part of the quote

Whilst ultimately, it is nobody’s business, there are people knowing my position that will try to take advantage of the situation and make a quick buck. No problem.

It seems he is saying someone was trying to do a scam, force him to hit the car then claim all sorts of $.

Lotus can't unpack their stuff. There's police security in front of their pit boxes.

I'm not a Brasilian, but according to the commentors, that is a security guard, not police. Could be security not associated with Lotus though, and may indeed be preventing unpacking. Wonder if there are any other similar issues going on in pitlane...

If I had to guess, I say it was a genuin accident. Once the other person realised who hit them, thats when they started trying to take advantage of the situation. I don't think some set up a sting operation to entrap Lewis...that's too much work for a fender bender.

No it doesn't.

Anyway... two or three stops are the best strategy for this weekend, according to Pirelli.

More likely he's talking about the media exaggerating the story to make headlines and increase readership.

Well guys, I'm LIVE from Interlagos baby!!!! I can't upload photos from my cellphone to here. :( Anyway, try to spot someone with a black Indianapolis 500 hat and a white Williams Martini shirt :D

Looks like F1 is back from behind the paywall in the Netherlands, but only for customers of the biggest provider.

Excellent.

You mean Ziggo? I didn't realise they were the biggest, I assumed it was KPN.

After the merger between UPC and Ziggo it became the biggest provider for cable. KPN is still the biggest in fiber and mobile.

But the picture is crisp as it can be. You can really see they reserved some serious bandwith for their free sports channel.

and pay for a Sport1 thing online

Me too, but this is the last month, since I only have it for F1, but that's now free.

But. I'll just have to see what happens for next season.

Edit.

Alonso blew up his Honda. Good times.

Yes, I should've, but it never crossed my mind of doing it. Well, just arrived at University (I still have class tonight :(), hella tired. I didn't make that many photos and videos because my cellhpone battery ran out pretty quickly, but I'll embed the photos and videos from Instagram in here. :D Shame I can't go tomorrow or Sunday though.

But for your viewing pleasure, a sneak peak:

Finally getting a chance to watch FP 1&2. Hearing the driver's stories of "pranks" in road cars is pretty entertaining...nice to hear they're human. Except Nico, he's a robot.

My most embarrassing was going to the tire shop to buy winter tires on the day we got the first skiff of snow, and managing to have a 3km/h collision with the only other car in the parking lot :embarrassed:

Anyone paying attention to the whole Hamilton Zonda thing getting a funny feeling that maybe he was a little tipsy? Maybe he was on that lean

Potential gearbox change for Hamilton? Interestingly Rosberg reported gearbox problems yesterday.

Supposedly he doesn't drink although he did say he drank at a post-championship-win party... so maybe so :D

Who knows. I don't mean to automatically paint him with that brush, but they whole thing seems a little fishy. Honestly, it's more of a reflection of, as I've gotten older, I've come to realise just how common drinking and driving is. I'm not proposing he was blackout drunk, rather, just a little buzzed. Even if it wasn't the actual cause of the accident, if it could be proved he had recently had even 1 drink, he could be in a world of trouble. I'm aslo going off North American drunk driving standards, might be different other places.

Is talking on a cell or texting while driving illegal in Monaco like it is in Camada? That could be an issue maybe?

I just don't see the reasoning behind keeping a fender bender all hushed up.
