Watkins Glen Packed in both in-field and in the stands, while Indy barely has anybody in the stands. Might want to take notice of that, NASCAR. I know its expecting too much for you to actually make a smart decision, but surely you noticed that.

Indy also has 5x the capacity, so even if it's only at 20% filled, it's a capacity crowd here at the Glen

The difference? The Glen crowd looks much better on television, which might be better for advertisers and it makes the sport look more popular. NASCAR needs to add more tracks that have good crowds and get rid of the second races to many oval tracks that only have half of their stands full.
