Safety car was coming in, Lewis was allowed to dictate the pace and allow the safety car to get away, he didn't slow, he didn't brake, he just didn't accelerate off the corner right away.
So why not brake before the corner? The team warned him that his first restart was marginal. It was in his interests to back off sooner.

The rules clearly state you can't recklessly brake check under the safety car. Why are the Sky commentators pleading Lewis' innocence?

He didn't though, he never accelerated and slammed on the brakes. Look at the onboard from vettel, you'll see the SC and Lewis close to it, and then he coasted through letting the SC gain distance. He has already been told to watch his take offs after the SC because he nearly passed it on the last restart.

What? Not deliberately turning into someone isn't being "corporate". I'd call that "respect". The bare minimum of respect, even.

It's entirely possible to have passionate and exciting racing without behaving like a total arse.
Did I say anything about turning into someone being corporate? No I didn't so stop assuming something that I never said, nor implied.

Oh wow, he tapped someone at an incredibly low speed, what an arse. Seriously, he was wronged by Hamilton, so he showed some passion. Get over it. Everyone harks on about wanting the old days back, but then get their panties in a twist when someone taps another driver at a very slow pace. People punched each other in the face back in "the old days". If Vettel did that at a much higher speed, then it'd be a problem, but at that low speed, seriously, I don't see a problem, especially when no one sustained damage.

So relieved to see Kevin Magnussen in seventh place. With Grosjean in tenth place, but what a great job by Magnussen, he has stayed out of all the chaotic. You don't do that when you are a four time champion, childish, and stupid. Totally fair I'd say how Vettel reacted.
