As usual some England fans take it too far...

Warning, you might find the scene of a numpty falling off the front of a car distressing.

Colombia down to 10 men after 2 minutes, handball in the box denying goalscoring chance. Sanchez off and Kagawa scores resultant penalty

Is it just me or is the simulation at this tournament worse than ever - and it is not being recognised or punished... some really ridiculous play-acting.
Every time a player goes down in "agony", the ref should make them be stretchered off and not allowed back on for a few minutes. That would stop them very quickly.

Shamefully bad decision to give a free kick there - and Japan concede a goal as a direct result. :irked: Colombia should never have been awarded the free kick in the first place.

I swear referees only ever do what creates the most drama. "We could do with an equaliser here to spice things up so Colombia can have the free kick as a reward for a foul."

Yes, yesterday had awful refereeing in every match to some extent, surely they can't be this bad, especially with the video replays available. Yet TV pundits say it's been quite good so far, shows that what is deemed an acceptable level has become very low indeed and so this rubbish (which could be intentional, so corruption) just continues.

Japan score a thoroughly deserved second goal. Even for a team down to 10 men, Colombia have looked poor.

The solution is obvious. As in rugby let the physio come onto the pitch without the game stopping unless the player is down in the box. Would stop play acting in a heart beat.
