Rullo's Altima has just replaced Chaz's FG X as the new clown car.

In fact, Richie's sort of reminds me of the DJR Jim Beam car from that angle.

Problem with Stanaway's car is the lack of sponsorship*, it just looks plain.

*Which is surprising because Tickford are normally good at attracting sponsors.

I think it's just the state of the market.
As evidenced by a number of teams, there aren't a lot of companies around that:

A) See motorsport as their advertising avenue, and,

B) Have a budget that will cover Title sponsorship for the season.

Both "my" cars are pretty plain. The #56 doesn't work well with the Mega colors. However, it and the #17( though clean), are screaming for black wheels.

For the moment, I'm waiting for a better pic to switch my avatar.

Second thought, why didn't they paint it like his race suit?💡

Edit: According to Supercars.com, the #56 could change liveries over the weekend with finalizing of a sponsor.

Couldn’t tell you. I’ve just been wondering around checking things out. I happened to see Garry Rodgers having a look at one of Tander’s old cars on display though!

I just got home and bnd booted up the start of coverage. The graphics package looks good. They kept the blue & orange and even the virtual(Forza/iRacing-like) Supercar, is updated to the ZB(in blue & orange). Intro music is modern with quick flashes of the excitement(the virtual car loses its front wheels when the word "Crashes" is on screen. Track map graphics are blue & orange.

Overall, it looks much better. The cars look good. Even the clown car looks good in HD.

The new graphics are a little unreadable on the trackside screens, particularly the bits with white font on orange. I hope it’s a bit better on TVs at home.

I have SD Foxtel and the whole coverage looks just plain ordinary. Seems like the compression gets worse every year. Lots of errors with the new timing display also, it's not updating quick enough, and according to the results screen the Porsche Cup cars are either a Holden or a Ford . Hopefully it all gets sorted overnight.

Only been able to watch a little bit of the boardcast today but the orange and white bits on the totem are pretty hard to read on the TV. I've only got standard def Foxtel like @FPV MIC, though. It probably looks okay in HD.

Yeah, I hated the standard broadcast for those reasons(no doubt it's done like that on purpose). The little bit extra $ works for me though. The boxes are too small, but look better than last year. Foxsports could probably press the enlarge button a couple times and it'd be fine.

I’m sitting here at Turn 8 and quite a few of the cars are looking pretty wild through the corner. In fact, there goes Cam Waters just as I’m typing!
