That's just taking the piss! 😂
Games this weekend, it's a reduced schedule.

Friday.
Aston Villa v Southampton (8pm Sky)
Nottingham Forest v Fulham (8pm)

Saturday.
Newcastle v Bournemouth
Tottenham v Leicester (5.30 Sky)
Wolves v Man City (12.30 Sky)

Sunday.
Brentford v Arsenal (12pm Sky)
Everton v West Ham (2.15 Sky)

Much changed schedule due to the Queen's funeral on Monday and the policing issues it brings, three games postponed.

International break after this weekend, Brentford's Ivan Toney has been called up to the England squad for the first time.
You forgot to mention that Ivan Toney has got a hamstring injury during the match against Arsenal in 3 days time and withdrawn from the squad on Monday. That's what usually happens!
More seriously, it's a well earned call up 👏

Aston Villa 1-0 Southampton
Forest 2-3 Fulham
Wolves 0-3 City
Newcastle 1-1 Bournemouth

Jack Grealish scored inside a minute for City with Haaland and Foden getting the other goals, Nathan Collins was sent off for a quite shocking challenge on Grealish when it was 0-2. Fifth draw out of seven games for Newcastle, Billing put Bournemouth in front, but Isak got his first home goal from the penalty spot.

In last night's games Fulham scored three in six second half minutes with Tosin, Palhinha and Reed getting their goals, Awonyi put Forest in front and O'Brien got their other goal, Jacob Ramsey got the Villa goal.

Spurs v Leicester to come.

Everton 1-0 West Ham
Brentford 0-3 Arsenal

First league win of the season for Everton with Neal Maupay getting his first for the club. Arsenal back to winning way with a convincing dispay over Brentford. Saliba, Jesus and a debut goal also for Fabio Vieira.

Arsenal's Ethan Nwaneri become the youngest Premier League player ever at just 15 years and 181 days when he came on late, it breaks the record by almost a whole year!

Brighton have appointed Roberto De Zerbi as new head coach on a four-year deal, he was last in charge of Shakhtar Donetsk but left in July due to the uncertainty caused by the war, he was also in charge of Sassuolo for three years and lead them two 8th place finishes.

Leicester have been pathetic this season and Rodgers has one foot out the door. Maybe Schmeichel saw this coming? Son's first two goals were fantastic.

Milan lost their first Serie A match since January, having won or drawn 22 straight in the league. Napoli took a 1-2 victory at San Siro in a game that Milan dominated. xG must have been at least 2 to 1 in Milan's favor and they hit the bar with under 10 minutes left. If that match were played 10 times, Milan likely win it 8 or 9 times easily. They were just too wasteful. Credit to Kvaradona, whose elusiveness cost Milan at least 2 yellow cards. Meret also had an out of body experience in goal on a few occasions.

Napoli and Atalanta sit as joint league leaders heading into the break. It would have been a perfect weekend for me if Milan had managed to win. Juve capitulate a man down giving Monza their first ever win. I'm sure Pogba is in no rush to come back and Paredes and Kostic had that look of "What have I done?" on their face. Inter lose to Udinese who are sitting in 3rd place with only 1 loss to Milan this season. 4th on goal difference is Sarri's Lazio.

Lol

They should make them admit the Falklands are not theirs before giving them a visa.

This is truly shocking and very sad... how could anyone be so blasé about the safety of an aircraft that they practically predicted that they were going to crash (albeit probably 'jokingly'), and yet went ahead anyway? Very scary how this accident could so easily been avoided but for the reckless stupidity of the pilot, and the neglect of the plane owners/operators.

Man United's financial figures that they posted yesterday were horrendous!

It wouldn't be the start of a season without Watford sacking a manager so that's exactly what they have done, Rob Edwards gone after three months and just 10 league games in charge, they sit 10th in the league but just a point outside the play-offs, Watford also had their replacement ready with Slaven Bilic coming in on an 18-month contract.

So Premier League is back properly this weekend, first time in 20 odd days that we will have a normal schedule. Here are the games.

Saturday.
Arsenal v Tottenham (12.30 BT)
Bournemouth v Brentford
Crystal Palace v Chelsea
Fulham v Newcastle
Liverpool v Brighton
Southampton v Everton
West Ham v Wolves (5.30 Sky)

Sunday.
Leeds v Aston Villa (4.30 Sky)
Man City v Man United (2pm Sky)

Monday.
Leicester v Nottingham Forest (8pm Sky)

A couple of big derby games there, I don't think United have much chance of beating City so I'll be happy with a point, Arsenal-Spurs is too close to call!

Arsenal 3-1 Spurs
Liverpool 3-3 Brighton
Bournemouth 0-0 Brentford
Fulham 1-4 Newcastle
West Ham 2-0 Wolves
Southampton 1-2 Everton
Palace 1-2 Chelsea

Big win for Arsenal over their north London rivals. Partey, Jesus and Xhaka with their goals and a Kane penalty for Spurs who had Royal sent off for a bad tackle from behind. Liverpool had to come from 0-2 down in another disjointed display, Trossard got an excellent hat-trick for Brighton with Firmino scoring twice for Liverpool and the other being a Webster OG, Liverpool all over the place at the back.

Fulham had Chalobah sent off after a VAR check but there was no doubt that it was a red, Almiron got a brace for Newcastle with his first an superb strike, Gallagher got the winner for Chelsea with his first for the club against the team he was on loan at last season, Aubameyang got a goal on debut for Chelsea who really should have had Thiago Silva sent off for deliberate handball, Bruno Lage's position as Wolves boss reportedly being considered by the club following the defeat at West Ham, just one win in 15 league games for them now.

Just the two for Haaland before half time...

... and one assist in the time it took to write that.

Also, is it just me or does Haaland look a lot like Vigo the Carpathian?

Incidentally, if you don't want your entire life ruined, don't look up the history of the "actor" who played him; it's so dark that Vigo by comparison looks like Princess Diana

Three successive hat-tricks. Ridiculous.

Edit: A football account has just tweeted that Haaland now has the same number of Premier League hat-tricks as Cristiano Ronaldo. After eight games.
Mans a machine. 17 premier league goals in 8 games. Kane has 7.
