It's just a shame Feeney got that puncture as I feel his presence near the front of the field would've really added to the race.

16 odd seconds margin over Mostert in 2nd in 26 laps. When was the last time we saw a non Triple 8 car win by that much? Positive signs from Tickford that they've managed to carry over their form from the back half of last year. Hopefully they can continue it.

Edit: The BRT garage is going to be an awkward place to be today after that.

I watched the final laps replay. That was a cool finish. Indeed, glad the officials let them race.

I guess T8 don’t want to rub Ford the wrong way this year.

On replay that final contact was a bigger shot than I thought, happy with no penalty though, I think they could legitimately say the overtake was seperate to the contact anyway.
