For those who didn't submit let's run a 5 minute quali. Reset room top of hour and those drivers who didnt submit do 1 warmup and then 3 hot laps. Others just enter course and stay in pits. Then we start race timer. All drivers who submitted go first to formation area and then in quali order for remaining.

For EU I'll play role of pace car and fall back to my rightful spot going into final sector. Lucas since you are on pole anyway for NA you should lead the formation lap in that one.

Lucas... This is your big chance for a 3d3 win from pole. I know I won't be a threat except to my driver's skeletal system.

I actually look forward to the race, I just have many things I'm trying to run at once, and couldn't bear the handling of this car offline.

Online it rotates a little bit, and I can try to save tires and such.

Quick walk through on the formation lap, I don't race online much anymore.
Just stay in position the first lap after starting the race or is it a normal rolling start?

Basically like this:

1. We start on grid in whatever order game put us
2. When the timer ends everyone stays on brakes and in place
3. Steward does a roll call and drivers will leave grid and reform down track a little
4. Once all drivers are in the proper order we begin the formation lap
5. First lap we all stay in position and stay at low speed (3rd gear or less)
6. Once around final corner we wait for final driver to clear and then pole sitter will be given "clear" signal
7. Between the clear signal and the start finish the pole sitter will start the race at any point by accelerating to race speed
8. All other drivers accelerate when the car in front of you accelerates
9. No passing before the start/finish line

This time a 3D3 steward will leave the grid first and stop at the reformation area acting as a pace car. He will lead the pace lap until entering the final sector and then drop back to his proper position and hand over the lead to the pole sitter.

No, we figured it was a PSN thing.
It wouldn't make much sense to leave on the last lap...

We all got booted a bit later when Tim left the room and it defaulted to me
Whatever the earlier PSN issue, it seems to have left me alone now.

Pretty fun race, but being a ghost to most drivers really bugged me.
Now I know how Lefty and Dominic feel.... lonely on a full track

Finished better then expected, had some good laps with Speedy and Hydro, but bumped the wall at the left kink and spent the rest of the race in the middle of the pack.

It was a great bit of fun when I saw other drivers 👍

I thought I could keep up to Speedy and Poolhaas but that darn kink made sure I didn't.
After that, the hairpin (sort of kind of hairpin) was getting the best of me.

I wish I had seen the whole thing as Wes and Kelvin seemed to have a good battle going for a bit.

If you meant my Mic, don't worry about it.
I had to connect in an odd fashion just to get online at all, and I wound up blocking other driver connections, which made me a ghost to many, and those drivers couldn't hear me either.

I have the same issue with hearing mics at times. Sometimes they are loud and clear and sometimes they are soft and you just can't make out the words. I think it's one of those things that just varies by connection. Also, by the car type... some cars are just so loud it's impossible to hear anything else.

Do make sure you turn off the background music settings both when you drive and when you are in the lobby... think those a different settings.

We may try Voice Quality high for one of these races. Hydro -- want to try that tonight in your lounge for kicks? It would be nice to be loud and clear given we're doing a parade lap.

Be out for revenge next time Wes, just need some tips on how you kept your tyres in better shape

Absolutely... lots of room this week. Stay away from Hydro though... He bumps and grinds and doesn't give the spot back like I do. Has the guy ever read the OLR?
