Chevrolet Corvette C7R Corvette Racing
Chevrolet Corvette C6R Corvette Racing
Chevrolet Corvette C5R
Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 RJN Motorsport
McLaren F1 GTR Longtail BMW BMW Motorsport
Ford Focus BTCC Airwaves
I think the 2004 FIA GT DAMS livery is the best livery eve put on a Lamborghini racing car.The Lamborghini did look much better before Scream turned to FlatEx.
You'd be mad not to like a classic Marlboro livery. It also helps that Lauda's helmet has the same colour scheme as the car, though. Similar how the 2015 Sauber F1 car looks great with Marcus Ericsson's helmet.McLaren Forumula 1 1985 Marlboro
I think the Marlboro livery really suits the classic F1 cars. Would be nice if McLaren applied that livery to their modern F1's. Even if it was just a show car. You'd be mad not to like a classic Marlboro livery. It also helps that Lauda's helmet has the same colour scheme as the car, though. What's M-E?
Yes, I have. I'm a bit surprised that you haven't though; Will Ferrel's first line on seeing the new car is "What's M-E?".You've never watched Taladega Nights?
That looks familiar:I quite like Tom Blomqvist's Puma M3 in this year's DTM:
Works on old cars =/= works on new cars.I think the Marlboro livery really suits the classic F1 cars. Would be nice if McLaren applied that livery to their modern F1's. Even if it was just a show car.
Very hard to get good pics, but when Airwaves Ducati ran the Black Mint liveries:
EDIT -
This is much better than last year's livery:
I think the Marlboro livery does work rather well on new carsWorks on old cars =/= works on new cars.
I'd rather a new iconic livery than a retro rehash.
You did mention F1 cars, but either way it looks poor on those.I think the Marlboro livery does work rather well on new cars
Porsche Cayman GT
McLaren 12C GT3
Gumpert Apollo (Project CARS)
Ooh no, i don't like any of those. I'm with @legacyMACHINE regarding the old car suits =/= new car.
Here's one of it on a modern F1 carYou did mention F1 cars, but either way it looks poor on those.
The most modern car that worked with the Marlboro livery is Toyota Celica ST185.I think the Marlboro livery does work rather well on new cars
Porsche Cayman GT
McLaren 12C GT3
Gumpert Apollo (Project CARS)
That actually doesn't look too bad (imo). Here's one of it on a modern F1 car
Yes, I have seen them. They're so overplayed it's hard not to.Here's one of it on a modern F1 car
That isn't a 12C GT3. And all of those just look like they ran out of ideas and pasted the classic Marlboro scheme on slp-dash. At least try shaping it or updating it.McLaren 12C GT3
