...simple mistake. I agree with what @nowcontrol has said which is why I wasn't too concerned about it. At any rate, I've checked the replay and he is indeed cheating. I will not explain how because I really don't feel the need to give him any more publicity than I already have. Just ignore his lap, I've reported my findings to Sony/PD so its up to them now to do their own investigation and take whatever actions they feel necessary. Case closed as far as I'm concerned.
