@SW__10 tune, any tips on how to go faster?
It depends what you're doing already.
I broke at the end of the white line marking the pit exit then 2 taps of handbrake on the turn in. Proper trail braking would probably be better. Then some gas to push the weight backwards & a touch of brakes before turning right towards the 2nd apex. Easy on the throttle until I could see enough of the exit to know I could floor it.
Hardly any braking in the esses, just lifting slightly gave me the fastest ghosts here when I got the lines & rhythm right.
The right handers before the hairpin (called Degner?). Slight braking for the 1st one & early throttle, cutting the corner wildly. More braking for the 2nd & less cutting.
At the hairpin I felt faster when I stayed to the inside but hadn't really nailed it, braking at the
start end (sorry, I had remembered that incorrectly) of the rumble strip on the right.
Flat out until the piece of tarmac on the right just before the Spoon(?). Similar technique to turn 1.
Turn in early at the fast left hander (called R1.. something?) flat out, cutting slightly.
Some cutting at the chicane, making the line much straighter.
I'm not in the top times. 1:48.8 but with some errors, too much braking in the esses mainly. I'd be interested to hear of anyone's improvements to that method.
Not sure if there are any TS030's in the top 10 to see their replay.
