Having 3 cars gives you more data to look at in practice sessions.

Having 3 cars gives you two more cars that can fail or be crashed . Simple as that!

So happy that Toyota isn't going to get this one.

Same here! :D

Not ecstasic about Audi getting it either, but I really like the team of Audi #2 and I'd be quite pleased if they're the ones who take it. It's a real shame what's happening with Porsche.

It ran it self off track and the Ferrari caught the Audi
Except for the fact it didn't. Lapierre lost control of the car all by himself.
No the 8 blew into that on his own. The Ferrari was following, looked even faster actually, but was not a factor in Lapierre losing it. And that 8 was in and out of the garage during the night with various issues.
Nope, Rob Leupen just confirmed it again, the car got hit from the Ferrari from behind.
The info from Radio Le Mans was wrong.

I wonder if #14 isn't totally dead but about die and they're just waiting for 10 minutes remaining to get it out and take some nice photos of it crossing the finishing line.

Was the info from the replay wrong too? The Ferrari looked like it was nowhere near the Toyota when it came flying into frame sidewards. The Ferrari would've braked and not hit the Audi if it had already hit the Toyota.

Question here but why doesn't Toyota or Porsche for that matter run 3 cars, seems to be favoring Audi alot.

Also feel for Toyota, was their best chance of a win. With more entries entering LMP1, will only get tougher.
Indeed. I suppose the only reason why Toyota and Porsche are not bringing another car is money.
At the end of the day money always makes the difference.

All the Ferrari hit was the Audi. The Toyota had zilch rear damage.

I don't know about that... the GT car flew into their with a lot more speed than Lapierre and if it hit him it would've been slower. Regardless that 8 car was in and out of the garage over night with its own mechanical problems.

Most likely. It still works but it has no 4th gear so what you're saying makes perfect sense 👍.

Did this guy on Eurosport just say something like "banging hard cocks," or am I just tired?
