I'm really glad I've got a youtube stream going as well, if I was just watching the Velocity coverage I would've missed the battle through the pits during the ad break...

Now the third place LMP2 car in the pitlane. Started off as a slow burner, (except GTE) burning slowed then it's turning into a roaring fire.

That puts the Graff-Alresford car into 3rd!

It's a postcode joke. I've waited hours to make that.

Yeah, I always try to find a stream, preferably one without commercials, even though I have the race going on, on my TV.

Edit: Can't get away from these things.

Like fathers, like sons! Such a great duell!
Bourdais angry, good! that´s racing. roll up your sleeves and fight it out.

Well, I got back just in time for a great battle, too bad Porsche has to play dirty.

Yep, the porsche pushed him to hard, and the ford did a bit of the same before, so someone paid back.. a bit to hard. I would have been on the line to both teams and asked them if they wanted to hit the pit for a short break or drive clean.

Same. Along with TV coverage, I've got Ford's onboard stream running on YT. Really came in handy for that battle with the No.91 Porsche.

If that's the case we're balanced out from Ford's BoP in 2016.

Wondered when someone would bring that up. Why was everyone's hair on fire about that and I haven't heard a peep about how it was done this year? If it wasn't for a couple of Fords this year Porsche would have the class lapped and if a couple of them hadn't broke they would have a sweep...real exciting race huh?

They just mentioned that the Pink Pig is quite a bit slower at the moment and that's why the 91 is blocking the Ford so furiously .

Fastest Lap wise. It looks like the #68 Ford GT has the fastest lap of 3:50.108, #63 Corvette with the second fastest lap of 3:50.148, then the #91 Porsche 3:50.201

I'm surprised Corvette is running good times. I don't pay much attention to qualifying, so after looking at it and your numbers it caught me off guard. Feels like the Vette is as nonexistent as the Aston.

I don't follow BoP changes until race day, I'm learning that information as I go. I'd like to admit while I'm a little indifferent towards the 911, I absolutely despise the GT. :P Expect bias as much as I may try to avoid it. But we all have our favorites and hated.

Otherwise, the 911s don't look ridiculously faster as what's being claimed. What it does look like is Porsche and Ford are in a race of their own. Its looked alright so far and losses and gains are mostly through pit strategy.

I think Makowiecki was only investigated for his driving standards on the Mulsanne straight. He also pushed Bourdais all the way over the hard shoulder (he would've been on the grass if he hadn't braked) on the run into the Porsche curves which looked much worse.
