I'm sorry for the double post, however I think this does need another post

PSN will be down for maintainance starting from 30 minutes before the race. This is a confirmed shutdown in North America, and it is assumed that it will be shut down worldwide. I will definately not be able to host.

If PSN does work in the rest of the world then feel free to race without me and BlacquesJacques.

Damn

Actually, my maths were right. The downtime starts at 20:00 gmt, our race starts at 8:30pm. I think that means we have to cancel, and that my math was right.

Hold on just a darn second here. It says in the news section, that downtime is 8pm UTC/GMT which is 5 and a 1/2 hours away, 30 minutes before race. Said to be only mentioned in North America, yet they expect Europe to follow the same.

Hence no race. Thus postpone.

Oh well, I needed more practice there. Also I'll be missing the races on the 11th and on the 18th (I'll either be in Hawaii or on a plane). I was considering cancelling my trip because I was missing Monaco, however now I'm missing Turkey and Catalunya, two tracks which I find very boring. See you all in 7 days :)

Side Note: The 24hr clock and the 12hr clock should never be mixed!

And on that side note, we should only use the 24hr clock.

If if would be possible to only ever use the 24hr clock for everyday of your life, then yes.
However I've been using the 12hr clock for all 14 years of my life, and so does almost everything! Why did they have to make it so complicated!!! And what do 'am' and 'pm' even mean anyway!!!

/short rant

Try working for an US company whilst living in Europe. Lest forget, there's an office in South Korea, too. What's the problem with them, you might ask? Well, they haven't learned a lot of English in school, so to say.

:P

My Lotus has recieved a major upgrade :). I used to race on a Standerd Definition TV, with my wheel setup blocking my view of the rev display, forcing me to shift purely by ear. I am now racing with an HD computer moniter :), on 1080i HD! I can see so much more track now (and the rev display)! And in cockpit view I'm able to see the mirors without using the 'look left/right' buttons. This upgrade is awesome :)! Best part is that it was free 👍

SUNDAY - 8:30pm GMT (9:30pm CET) - Please inform me in advance (message me) if you can't make it!

Be there or be square!

Guys,

I'm not feeling like racing with other people this week, still. So I won't be there, I'm sorry. Could anyone please take care of the hosting and take pictures of the qualifying and race results? It'd be greatly appreciated.

Still hasn't changed, sadly - JCM, I take it you're still up for the task as discussed last week? :)

Yeah I can do that.

If everyone could add me on PSN that'd be great :) I'll be online at least an hour before the race, so I can send the friend requests then. Just make sure that you have enough room on your friends list :) My PSN is jcm-16.

I'll be hosting this round, and I have sent a friend request to everyone listed in the OP (including reserve drivers and those who said they had quit...). Please accept the friend request so that I can invite you into the race lobby. If you don't accept my friend request I'll assume that you are unable to participate in the race.

I'll open the lobby 5-10 minutes before the start time, and the chat room 10-30 minutes before the race. Be there or be square!

Since I've been extremely quiet lately, I'm going to say ill be around this thread just for chatting and to root for other people! :D

Has England changed to daylight savings early Sunday?

Just want to confirm start time Pacific Daylight Time here in coastal BC Canada

Apparently England changes to Daylight Savings on the 25th of March at 1 am. This is coming from the clock on Windows 7.

When is the race?

And Mr. S, you can put me as a reserve, because I haven't, and are probably not able to make a lot of the races.

Out of curiosity, how's turnout been for the races? I'm hoping it's a lot better than the ones the other series had.
